What a ripoff! We were told by our hotel that overnight parking was $8. We were charged $58 instead. The $8 parking is only if you leave before midnight. I dont know why anyone would if they were staying at a hotel

Pay by card at ticket machine doesn't work. Poorly maintained machines result in inconvenience. I had to call them for help as my ticket was bad and couldn't pay to exit. Held up others. Not fun.

Waiting in the car park gate & been holding on the phone lane for 30 minutes as I’m unable to make my way out because a bad ticket with no data entry. What a waste of time!!!!!!!

The ticket machine said our ticket was faulty. We couldn’t pay and get out. Rang the number, no answer. Waited 40 minutes after calling around 30 times.

It's convenient and has early bird parking for $16. It's certainly improved lately as there used to be a lot of issues with broken ticket machines.

Price would’ve been good if I didn’t get charged twice. Paid at the prepaid ticket machine only for the machine at the exit gate to charge me again.

Ticket machine is very outdated and has never worked for me. Having to call everytime and customer service takes a while

$17 for early bird. Pretty grubby, especially the La Trobe St exit. A bit tight in the corners so take it easy.

Awful layout, small spaces, poor ticketing machines and deceptive pricing. Zero customer service. Avoid.
