Terrible experience. Went in this morning for eye drops for my toddler for conjunctivitis. She also has a black eye from an accident which we had already taken medical advice for but chose not to go to A&E due to it not being an emergency. Pharmacist told me to go to A&E and was extremely patronising saying “if it was my child I’d go” in the most judgemental attitude whilst the entire pharmacy was looking at me making me feel like the worst mother ever. Went to A&E as I needed her eyes sorting. Was at alder hey for 5 hours to be told after all that she was fine she just needs some drops. I understand policy and airing on the side of caution but the attitude and how the pharmacist spoke down to me was completely unnecessary and really upsetting. I will never go there again especially with my daughter for anything.

My insulin supply from here came in cracked containers! I noticed last time this happened around september of 2022. I noticed when i opened the packaging as it was all wet! This time i never noticed any leak. I have had extremely high blood glucose levels. Evan though i eat a low carb diet! This started on the 17th and has stYed high in the 20's for two days now. The insulin goes of by 10/2023 batch number LR79F09. For those on insulin please check yours. If you are struggling to bring your leves down!!!

Received my covid jab at the pharmacy today,very polite and professional staff, spotlessly clean and tidy shop,I also get my prescriptions here on a regular basis as there is free parking behind the pharmacy and all the staff go above and beyond at all times,I would certainly recommend Sefton Park Pharmacy.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, really make you feel like a valued patient. I'm sitting here waiting for my prescription right now and you can see how hard they work while also smiling with customers. Great work, guys! Keep it up :-)

Told me one thing over the phone- told me to come in and they’d ask me a few questions and then provide me with antibiotics- once I took a 20 minute bus and got to the pharmacy they told me no sorry we can’t do anything. Wouldn’t recommend

The staff at this pharmacy are always efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Visited recently for my flu and COVID jabs- within twenty minutes , everything was done. Keep up the good work!

Great local Pharmacy, just been in for Jab, in and out in 5 minutes.used them a few times now and will use them more. Friendly staff who know what they are doing.
