I frequently visit Shell near my house energy drinks are equal to my coffee in the morning. I pay roughly $70-$100 a month in monster energy drinks depending on where I can find a deal. And over $1000.00 a year in gas and other purchases. Went into shell this morning to purchase monster energy drinks. The store was moderately busy with probably 6 customers in the store at approximately 7:50AM. Service was a slower then usual because the cashier was being trained. The trainer attempted to speed up the line by taking cash and the next register, unfortunately everyone was paying by card this morning. When I was next in line I put my monster cans on the counter but the total on the till was unexpected, coming to over $12 instead of the $6 + HST as advertised on the door when I came into the store. I informed her of the advertisement on the front door, and asked why I could not receive that deal. The Trainer informed me that the deal is now over, and quickly walked away from me to go remove the sticker on the front door, awkwardly leaving me with the person being trained at the desk and customers waiting in line. I embarrassingly waited for her to return to the counter so we could continue our discussion and correct the situation but once she returned she let me know the deal ended 1 hour ago and I was not able to get the product at the advertised price. I rebutted asking her to honour the price on the window regardless of my untimely arrival, at which she promptly refused and turned to the person she was training to ask for scissors to or a knife to remove the sticker from the front door. After she Walked away from me the the second time, I approached her and let her know I would be making a complaint. I was humiliated and unsatisfied with the level of customer service. I hope shell can rectify this situation and educate their employees on pricing standards and customer service, or I will not be returning to any shell station in the future. I hope this review helps future customers.

Awful customer service. My mom tried to use her $50 Shell gift card to pay for gas this week. The transaction declined. She tried again, and it declined yet again. However, when she later checked her card balance, it was less than $50. The receipt also indicated that money had been withdrawn. When she inquired at the station, the manager was very condescending and insisted that the money would be put back after a week. There was even a suggestive tone that my mother was being a fraud. My mother then called the Customer Service line and that experience was very similar and they even hung up on her. After calling a second time the following day, the representative provided the transaction history via email confirming that the money had, indeed, been withdrawn when it should not have, due to the declined transactions. Please improve the quality of your customer service so that humiliating and exhausting experiences like this do not happen again. Thank you.

Incompetent staff. My card got stuck in the machine. The staff on duty just said “ I know, you will have to wait 5 minutes”. She refused to serve me and asked me to wait till she was done serving other customers. I waited 30 minutes, nothing happened till I asked to see the manager. Then she went and deactivated the machine. I would love to talk to the manager, as this person refused to serve me till I asked to see the manager. Then made me wait for over 20 minutes, and because of her incompetency we had a queue of customers waiting to be served.

Most horrible experience I’ve had at a gas station. I went to this gas station around 7pm on June 11. After paying my bill, I politely asked the woman behind the cash if I could use the washroom but she denied me. I’m aware that due to COVID-19 virus bathrooms are closed so I had left the store after that. Not even a few minutes later, a white lady went in to use the restroom and she was allowed. I’m an Uber driver that works long hours during the day, experiencing this after working all day was unfair and very discriminative.

On 4th January 2022 around 5pm I went to to this gas station, after I bought something I wanted to use restroom.The lady told me that it is close and I cant use that.Even though I told her I have health issue and I need to use restroom immediately she said no.She was so rude to me.Every month as a company we buy thousands of dollars worth gas.After today we are not gonna use this gas station ever.You guys need to have respectful and polite employees.

This is my new gas station after the Shell on Lloyd Manor changed owners and has become a dump. This place is very bright and clean. I don’t mind travelling a few more minutes to get here as Kushveer always takes such great care of me! She takes my big orders in advance and always does it with a friendly demeanour. Top notch customer service! Highly recommend!!! Thank you Kushveer and staff for running a clean and friendly operation!

You buy gas here and won't be able to use the washroom. Because it is broken! It seems like everything is newly renovated. However the washroom is out of service. So interesting. I guess it's on purpose. The staff 's behavior is also weird. They told me "we will call someone". What?!?! You supposed to do it way before!!!. Sorry you lost a customer now but for sure I will let other people know about this!

The girl kushveer here is amazing she offered me hot dog and helped me in making hot dog and hot dog was amazing and tasty . Store looks neat and clean and it’s very well stocked. Hats off for owner , manager . It’s very good to have well mannered , sincere , attentive staff like her .

I Made a purchase of fuel and other stuff and I am Customer. I asked the lady for the washroom she told me its closed due to COVID. I asked her it is suppose to be open its a GAS STATION not something else she replied me manager closed it and all. The worst experience!!!

Got a chance to get gas and energy drink from that location. Really feel happy to see a very alert and informative gas station attendant Kushveer there. She gave me benefits information about Air Miles card combined with Caa. She looks happy and welcoming to Customers.

I often stop by this station on my way to work in the mornings. Its in a prime location in that its right off a major street and at the corner of a controlled intersection, which is great since it doesn't get blocked when trying to exit. Five stars

They want you to pay BEFORE pumping gas at night. Avoid places like this. Next thing you know restaurants will be asking you to pay before your order your meal! Ridiculous!!! Also Google price was wrong.

Behaviour of staff is excellent and everything was managed properly at station like at time of corona virus they follow the safety measures. I will Recommend all of my known one’s to visit the side.

My experience of visting the sight was awesome everything was properly managed staff was very friendly behave very well with customer and in the terms of cleaning it was 10 out of 10.

Cashier named Shivani is so polite and nice, Always remind me of my air miles card. I come everyday to play lottery, she is always smiling thats why I named her smiley.

This gas station is at perfect location. Staff there is really friendly and helpful. Its neat and clean too . So i found this place awesome.

The prepay pump I used doesn't even try to give a receipt. Just tells you to go inside. Useless. Esp when you don't have a mask with you.
