Worker nazren he’s rude arrogant and I will never get gas at this station till he’s working here. I have a diesel truck I was filling up the truck I open the door of my truck to get my visa to Pay for the diesel and he started screaming on the speaker that I’m not allowed to open the door of my truck at the same time he’s screaming to another costumer that he’s not allowed to talk on the phone but the guy was talking by Bluetooth anyway give a Pakistan man a little power and they want to control the world, go back to your countries and scream at the camels that you use to ride before you came to Canada and stop been rude to costumers because the owner of the gas station he’s not there to see what you doing and he’s loosing costumers because he lost me for sure

She (Jas) refused to cash in my $100 lottery winner, she claims no money in the till after 2 people in front just paid $75 cash for lottery tickets. She first asked me if I was buying anything, once I said no, she claims no money in the register. Not the 1st time this has happened here. Terrible customer service with a terrible attitude to go with it. What kind of policy do they have here? And she's constantly on her cell phone....I have to wait for her to finish her call....when she see's more 3 people line, she will then end her cell cal.l If you want cheaper gas, drive 1/2 km up the street to other Shell at Dufferin & Wilson, always 3 to 5 cents cheaper per litre. Always more expensive at this location.

I was the regular and old customers for this gas station but today The employee of this gas station was misbehaving with me for checking my id I was showing him from my cellphone but he decided to misbehave with me and he is asking for only physical because he knows I don’t have a physical so today’s I was facing bad customer experience with this gas station.He provided very Poor customer service. This rating is not for a gas station but it’s only for that guy who is handling the store.

Want to get ripped off? Buy gas here! Staff are confused at this location. My pump was only pumping 40 cents at a time...and most of that was not gas. The gas trigger was not pumping gas but kept charging me. I told them to place an Out of Service sign...they didn't. They are ripping off many customers at this pump. This ordeal wasted 30 minutes of my time. They then told me to call Head Office to get my money back Not the 1st time I have had issues at this gas station.

Aside from the rude service.... This Shell gas station is actually convenient for me but i just had to stop going there because the cashier S. Gurkaran smelled like a foul body odour. As soon as you open the door you can feel the smell of body odour lingering throughout the the store and as soon as you approach the cashier all you want to do is puke. Please have your worker take care of their personal hygiene!!!

I do not mind this location. Going inside is really quick, and even though it is not the biggest, it has an ATM, an indoor bathroom, fresh flowers, coffee, slushies... all the goods. Basics like windshield wiper fluid and ice is there too. I have never found this location out of gas, and the staff is friendly too.

I was loyal to Esso for 10 years, but this place is the only place I go aside from Esso. People are super nice and the gas nozzle has working locking mechanism. Getting in and out is also a breeze due to the light.

Worst place to go and even work as well,my friend use to work with this employer and they treated their employees like hell and all they care about is their sales,doesn’t matter if u have to lie to sell anything

Staff are snotty - at best - with zero knowledge and no desire to be helpful. It's a gas station, not the International Space Station. Hire people with a little - just a teeny bit - of brains and hustle!

This is an awesome location. I were recently in the area and came here The girl ( jass) greeted me so nicely and had a really nice smile. She made me feel welcome!

They are closed inside? At 10: 44 pm got there had to use window with others, just bought smokes but wanted other things, anyways lost business for shell!

This one star for not open the washroom for using. No one inside the washroom but your person Said someone inside. I check the light and light was off.

Although I cannot always find high octane gasoline, it is in a nice location and their gasoline is really good, thank you Shell
