Hi everyone, this gas station is very nice. All employees are very good. Specially guy name saurav is very gd at his job. He treat employees like his friends. I just read one review about him. I think that customer has something personal. Pls dont play these dirty games. These guys really work very hard to entertain the customers.

This gas station is completely closed for renovations until August the 4th. Otherwise, it’s usually a pretty decent place to stop for gas. It’s unfortunate because of the location if you need to buy anything after hours, you have to go through a little window, but the attendant at night is usually pretty friendly.

My experience was good to very good, although they did have one pump that was out of order and I didnt know it but the car wash I purchased at the pump was not located on-site, I had to go down the road a bit to find it. It would have been handy to have been told this by signage at the pumps but I figured it out.

Complete idiot - Chased me down the street to accuse me of stealing fuel. I should have told him to F off and kept driving but I went back to the station to show him my receipt. He was extremely aggressive and I will never go back. Keep driving two blocks to the next gas station for your own safety.

Train your staff properly. I have a government issued ID temporary drivers license but your staff denied me purchase because of a lack of understanding that this is sufficient for Id purposes. If it’s good enough for the government, it seems foolish that someone can arbitrarily deny a purchase.

Charged my card $100.00 and never received any gas or anything. Refused to do refund me my money even with proof that they charged me. Lied and never called their head office. I had to call their headoffice and deal with it myself. NEVER USE THIS STATION NOT FRIENDLY AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Pay at pump wasn’t working, app not working, Tried to pay cash inside but told pump couldn’t activate and would have to wait for them to finish counting cash for end of shift before they could help. The Petro Canada a few blocks away worked properly.

5 minutes ago(4:39pm),The guy with the beard in there is so rude I stopped my car to prepay for my gas and inside I used the washroom after am out the guy started talking in rude way to move my car outside cause he didn't want the customers

Standard experience here. At Shell you can get Air Miles Reward Miles. Often they have 2x miles for regular gas and 10x for the premium version which they call Shell V-Power Premium. Shell is a premium gas station and their prices typically

The clerk was rude and unhelpful. I did not hear a single word of courtesy from him, only got dirty looks. I guess that is as an appropriate return for all my smiling an thanking him...numerous times. Done with this establishment!

Gas station is good. But the guy SUURAV is very annoying and badass. I used to visit this station but i found him one morning..he used abusive language on phone..and didnt listen to me...very bad behaviour for such an employee...

It was one of my worst customer service experiences so far. The South Asian Indian girl working there in the evening was really rude, uncooperative, and had no manners. This was my first and last time going to this station.

l filled up my Acura el this morning with a 45 liter tank which had 1/8th of a tank left in it and the pump told me it put in 52 liters . Even if the tank was completely empty 52 liters is to much to fit in the tank .

They are charging $9 for a small bottle of windshield washer fluid. You can get a 3.78L -45C at CanadianTire for $3.95. Also the products were left outside and had to unbox the item myself.

Run of the mill Shell station. It's a good location and the layout is pretty spacious. My only complaint is that it's right next to Moss Park so watch out don't leave your car unlocked.

One of very few shell stations in DT Toronto. Located at parliament/Richmond Sts. My fave place to top up. Convenience store is well stocked and nice selection of beverages.

The attendant (Himesh) didn’t allow to enter the store at 11:45 pm. I wanted to get ice cream… said it’s shell’s rule to not allow anyone inside for shopping. Disappointed!

Pulled up to the pump only to find out regular gas was sold out. Had to turn car on again and go to another pump. Argh! Wish they would put up a bigger sign

A terrible place, the manager treated staff awful, not even mentioned how to treated the customers. ITS NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAT. Get out of the business

Construction now gone. Popular at busy times but there is ample parking near the air pump.

Be careful, sometimes they have police doing radar here after you get off the DVP.
