The car wash does not work. I have a 20-wash package with Shell and have always used this location. However, 2 weeks ago, when I came and use my app to wash the car like usual, the entrance did NOT open. I tried multiple times but had no luck. I had to buy a code from the gas station to be able to wash the car. Yesterday night, I decided to give it another try. Drove to the entrance, used the app and nothing happened. Even tried to delete the app, sign out and sign back in, even used another phone, but the door just wouldn’t open. I am very disappointed. Please fix that. Thanks. UPDATE: the newest update of the app fixed this. They also have an option to generate the code manually. Thanks for that! The car wash at this location is decent.

Yesterday my card got stuck in one of those pumping machine and the guy that I spoke with says they’ll call a technician and will take care of it and once it’s removed they’ll CALL ME BACK. I waited for over 24 hr and I never got a call back from this shell. I had to call twice (Saturday & Sunday) just to follow-up but no update. The lady that I spoke with over the phone today (Sunday) wasn’t even aware about the situation and didn’t know what was going on. There was definitely miscommunication between this shell location. They wouldn’t do anything unless you follow up. I wasn’t sure if they just don’t want to do their job and just want to be lazy. Customer service is lacking and needs to be improved.

We're all trying to get ahead with the higher costs of everything, so I gas at shell for air miles,on 24th I purchase gas,car wash and instore purchases to get the maximum air miles added to my account,while waiting for carwash in line a few days later I noticed on receipt that all my purchases went on someone else's air miles card,yet the attendant scanned my card,I'd like the owner to get back to me as I've got the receipt and proof of purchase,seems to me the attendant saw I was coming into store and scanned someone else's air miles card and that's why my air miles card wasn't on receipt If you're an air miles collector and use this shell then please check your receipt

You need to fire Jass. Horrible employee. About a month ago I came to buy something and she said the machine was down only cash, so I left and came back about 30 mins later and with $100 dollars and said said she was going to accept a $100 dollar bill. So I was left without drinks. Today I tired to pump gas, was waiting for her to authorize it. She waiting a solid 10 mins before telling me it's prepay, even though it was not a prepay pump. And when I went inside to pay she was giving me attitude. Please get ride of her. Every single time I come to this gas station and she is there I have a bad experience.

Regular gas was pressed at the pump. Went inside to pay and didn’t realize till after I got home that I was charged for V-power gas. This HAS NOT been the first time that this happened and I am extremely disappointed with the service between both customer service and this particular has station. Another costumer that was in the same evening had the same issue with being charged for the wrong gas. Please always be aware of your receipt after you leave this gas station. I will not be returning.

Asked the employee (Gagan) to wear the mask that he was wearing under his chin, he blatantly refused to do so. I get it if you don't want to wear a mask when nobody is there, but if a customer is present and you have a mask on your chin, the least you can do is put it on your mouth for the period of transaction especially when someone is asking for it during this new variant outbreak. Never gonna visit that place again and will tell my coworkers to not to either.

Horrible service! We had to wait for 30 mins for them to get the car wash fixed and the car was not cleaned properly either. They didn’t even allow for the car to pass off, the lady there was not even ready to speak and tell is what was happening. She was very rude and threw the shell card off in our car.. even when we went to talk later she was not at all apologetic..Precious time wasted - not worth!!!

Bad customer service I went to put air on my tires the machine had a paper on where u pay with the card I thought oh only cash so I took $2 the whole machine is not working I went inside to speak to someone about it she told me call shell it’s not my problem it’s was around 10 pm I told her give me back the $2 so I can go somewhere else to get it done she said no u wish her name is harmendeep

The attendant was a young irresponsible woman. She didn't tell us there was no gas in any pump. She then said the mid grade and high grade gas was okay. But none of the pumps had gas and she didn't tell anyone. I wasted 15 minutes of my time and was late to an appointment as a result of this attendants lack of attendant.

When and if i come here i only want to fill gas. No i don't need a car wash, no i don't want gum or chocolate, and no i don't want cigarettes. I don't smoke, i don't eat chocolates. Why cant i just fill gas here and leave. Why do i get harassed to buy things i don't want. if i wanted to buy something i would.

I am reviewing the carwash. One of the best. The presoak gets rid of dead bugs and road grime. Also the blow dryer gives you 75 seconds of dry time. True touchless. The only issue is the long lines. It's about 5 mins a car for the ultimate wash.

Irresponsible car wash station...They closed the car wash at 3 pm saying it was cold...the silliest reason I have ever heard.... This is the most irresponsible management...I even wrote a mail to shell and nobody bothered to reply atleast.

$18 for a car wash?? Most people have to work over a hour for $18 and a car wash ran less than 5 mins long. Not to be petty but that's a lot for a car wash with so many people out of work these hard times.

Jass has no personality at all! Every time, there is rude and patronizing customer service. She clearly doesn't belong there, thus the business owner needs to take this seriously and look into it!

It has a good soft touch car wash but the BMO atm is basically always broken. Prices aren't the best but it's my closet gas station …

Garbage service. Signs for car wash opening aren't accurate. Attendants lied when sending me elsewhere. unprofessional. Avoid if possible.

Always get harassed to buy lottery , gums or a carwash. My cube van would never fit in their car wash. Do they not see that??
