A few weeks ago I went to pay for gas and 2 monster drink but my 14 year old daughter came in few seconds after to tell me to get her something but she walked in with a monster in her hand the guy charged me for 3 monster then I went back to say she already had one in her hand then he refused to refund it I said look at the camera she walked in with it then I said I just came from canadian tire where I bought it 5 mins a go look at the bill he said I don't care I said look at the video he said he can't so I asked for the manager # he wouldnt I said I will leave my # till you look at the video he still said no this went on for 20 mins till I said I will call the cops then your boss will have to come then he gave me a refund. Now today I went to pay at pumy I got a car was when it ask I was ok it will ask touch or touchless but never gave me the option so I went in to ask if I can cancel this code and get the touch and guess who it was the same guy. He said no he can't do that I can't do it.. omg where is the customer service??? So now I have to wait till the manager comes in and then call them I think this is bs this has been the only place I go to put gas for 3 cars and 3 bikes we buy car wash 2 times a week for the cars. I guess I need to find another place to buy gas. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SHORT CHUBBY GUY WITH GLASSES.

Today May 28, 2019...Time 8:38 pm. I used their car wash, dryer stopped after 10 seconds and I went to let the attendant know about it. He started arguing that I made a mistake and I drove fast. While I was still inside the Washing station. Very poor service, upon requesting customer service number he said your car is clean....no no...I don't know if he understood what I was requesting. I really hope the owners of the station sees this and look into it so as people hard earned money isn't going into the drain. Thanks

Today, I saw the price of gas was $1.67 and thought it was a good price since I can use my CAA rewards card and get such price adjustment, but I was wrong as the pump charged me for V-Power but I pressed regular. I believe this is a scam. I was short changed by $8. The store guy kept telling me I pressed V-Power. How could I, when my car does not use such? I am very disappointed. Please, be careful here, check your receipts and make sure you are not tricked.

Went in during a snow storm and the floor inside this shell gas station was very slippery. There needs to be way more rubber carpets to prevent customers from slipping and falling. Please get some more carpets on the floor before someone falls and decides to sue Shell and/or the owner of this shell gas station for personal injury. The cost of getting more carpets will be a lot cheaper than paying off a personal injury lawsuit.

This is a shell station that I always fill up at. It is very clean and the area around the pumps is spacious. Car wash is okay but I seldom use that anymore. I usually pay at the pump but on occasions when I have gone into the kiosk, the staff are friendly and helpful. I use premium gas in my vehicle as it requires such snd Shell is the best for this type. This station has easy access to and from Kingston Rd.

I attended this shell station right after a long days work. I went to fill up for gas, and purchase some products inside. I was greeted by a very rude attendant, his name was Karishna. He had such a bad attitude for no reason, was arguing with me when I was telling him which pump I was at. He was even rude to the customers before me. Very poor customer service, should have some further training.

My car got damaged through their car wash and there are scratches all over the car. And when i went inside to complain no response and their answer was it happenes to most of the cars but it will go away when it drys up in sun which never did till date. Gas pumps always keeps on stopping while fueling. Very bad experience Gud luck for the customers whose so ever uses their services.

Generally this station is on the average at least $.05 cheaper than others due to the Pioneer gas station next to it (price wars). However the lower prices are only available during eastbound rush hour so expect crowded pumps on your way home from work. The touch free car wash really sucks go for the soft cloth option instead if you are ok with that, thus the 3 stars.

Great station ! Staff is always kind and helpful and this Shell is always a very clean environment . Car wash is very good as well ! Whether it's lottery , quick snack drinks or gas . This station gets almost all of my business . Thank you to the staff for always going above and beyond .

Out of all the Shell gas stations in Scarborough I think this is one of the lowest priced ones because it's located by a Pioneer that undercuts them by 0.3cents on the regular. Gas is gas and if you want to purchase from shell and live in Scarborough east end, then go to this one

Worst service ever! When I got a car wash I wasn't satisfied because there were many spots left and the residue from the soap was still left. When I went to complain the person that was in charge started arguing and blamed it on me, he was very rude and impolite.

Clean and spacious, the bathrooms are always well maintained, awesome coffee station, and always stocked with product. All the staff are extremely helpful, and well trained. Always a great experience from the beginning to the end. Two thumbs up!!!

I go here quite often, the station was rebuilt in the recent years with a new upgraded car wash along with diesel pumps. Very competitive pricing for shell trying to compete with pioneer gas station a stones throw away. Service is great no issues.

Car wash - I did not get gas... $16+tx... they offer with brush or touch less... i used touch less and my car came out looking like new! Fantastic... used the vacuum as well and it sucked... lol... sucking for a vacume is awesome. Will return!

Awesome gas station (especially since the gas prices are 5 cents lower than the current price to compete with the other gas stations in the area). But the car wash definitely need some improvements (especially for the touchless portion).

The lowest price gas between 9 and 12 PM, IF you have a CAA card, you save 3 cents a litre off your gas plus 10% off in store purchases. Plus, if you have an air miles card, you get points" WOW " Note: please be patient lines do form

Nice large parking lot and gas pump area. Very easy to navigate when getting to a pump. Good car wash as well. Staff are helpful in making sure you know how to use their car wash system, if not, they have instructions handy!

This is a BIG Shell location open 24 hours with a car wash. Sometimes after 11 pm you have to deal with the attendant thru a window. Not all gas stations in the GTA are like that but most require payment in advance.

It's a shell gas station and has the cheapest gas prices in the area. The car wash is also relatively new but does not do a great job and keeps missing some spots. Had tried both the touchless and touch car washes.

Clean and brightly lit gas station. The attendants are friendly. This location has good prices due to its proximity to the Pioneer discount gas station next door.

The 3 gas stations in this neighbourhood dont compete for your business wih their gas prices. The advantage to Shell is the car wash and larger convenience store.

Should see how other shell car wash is ( esp the warden one ),the quality/ quantity of liquid solutions used , the quality of the wash is not up to the standard .

My mom's car got damaged in the car wash. She has a disability and now they are refusing to pay for the damages. Very saddening to see a big corporation do that.

8 pumps with 2 diesel. Car wash. They have a convenience store that is bright and open with a BMO atm, a Freshii counter, and a Java independent coffee station.

Great Gas station, attendant super friendly, if you go often he recognizes you. Super Clean and gas of course cheaper than any other. I always go here!

Prices are always the lowest compared to anything in the area. Station can get super busy even at 10-11pm. Haven't had a chance to go inside yet tho

This gas station has just recently been overhauled including the car wash so it is nice and clean and new with lots of space and the car wash works.

This place always seems to be a couple cents cheaper then the other big names around the area. Convenient for me on my way home to stop in here.

Good gas station, decently priced. They should have two car washes because the lineup is crazy... waiting for an hour to get in.

The card readers at the pumps don't work. Guy inside can't seem to take card payments either. Don't waste your time.

The gas operator tells me first prepay then fill. Shell you can stuff your oil. There are more gas station nearby.

If you call them to ask price they will not tell you price its shell policy ! Most ridiculous policy ever seen !
