While it is difficult for me to write a negative review, I believe it is necessary in this case. After getting a full head of foils in September, my once healthy hair now resembles a mullet. Although the hairstylist, who I won't name, was super lovely, she unfortunately caused so much damage to my hair. The foils were left on my hair for over two hours. At the time, I noticed the stylist frequently checking on my hair in the foils and assumed everything was fine (everything was not fine). The cut and blow dry were also disappointing. The haircut had uneven lengths, with longer pieces here and there, and my roots were still damp after the blowdry. I was also charged more than originally quoted "because the appointment took quite a while"..... Immediately after the appointment, I went home and brushed my hair, my hair was falling out in chunks. Since then, my hair has been snapping/breaking off even more, resulting in strands that are only 2-3cm long around my parting. Despite my efforts to minimise using heat and using only salon hair products, these precautions have failed to save it. This is particularly disheartening because I have been a blonde for most of my adult life and have never experienced such damage from any other salon. I hope that additional training can be provided to the hairstylist who handled my hair to prevent other customers from having to go through this.

I go to Sheridans every 5 weeks im made feel very welcome & Sheridan listens to how you want your hair. I have curly hair & its very hard to find a hairdresser that can cut the way the curl falls.Very happy going to Sheridans & she is just such a lovely young lady.
