The absolute worst retail experience I have had in years. Visited with my 4 and 5 yr old girls looking for school shoes for the older one in January. We entered the store , no other customers were in it. A group of ladies ( all of their staff I assume ) including the security guard were sitting on stools in the center of the store. Not one of them greeted or acknowledged us. We had to walk around them to get to the school shoes in the back. After spending 10 minutes looking for a size 10 which I did not find , I decided to leave. When walking out the store I noticed a display of school shoes behind the store window and stopped to go through the sizes. My 4yr old then walked around the window display to the front of it and before I could stop her ( I have been in retail operations management for 23 yrs and respect window displays and such ) one of the staff got up and started shouting at her saying " no girl, get out from there please!" I was very annoyed that at no point prior was our presence in the store acknowledged . After being there for over 10 minutes by this time , no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance but the staff member had enough energy to get up and shout at my little girl which clearly shows that they were aware of us and just not interested in assisting us. I asked if the manager was on duty and was told that she only returns on Monday , it was a Thursday afternoon.. I then asked for an email address that I could email a complaint to and was told that there was none at the store. The same staff member then said I could email their head office if I wanted to . When asked for the email address , she told me she would go get her phone and Google it. I asked her not to bother , I would do so myself. At no point did she ask me if there was anything she could help me with considering I had just stated that I wanted to speak to the manager or email a complaint through to her. In these uncertain times , and with customer service being the absolute back bone of any industry, I am beyond disgusted at the lack of service attitude received at this store. Needless to say , I walked out and purchased two pairs from Jet a few stores down where I was greeted on entry and then assisted by a very bubbly young lady to find the size I required.

I don't usually do these kinds of things. But i went in there looking for shoes. I was not offered any assistance which is fine cause i usually dont need any when I shop however while i was in the queue waiting to pay the customer in front of me requested for a packet , she was told the price of the packet by the lady at the register very rudely before the customer could reply she was told that she already had a packet from another store and she should try putting her shoe box in there The customer who was a little old proceeded to fumble trying to get two shoe boxes into her packet .she was then told that another customer was waiting to be served( who was me) . I was in no major hurry because I understand how a queuing process works. When i got to the front after being interrupted by someone who was querying something . I greeted the cashier who greeted me back but behaved in a very rude manner I really don't understand why that was necessary. no one likes working but i think its best to keep reservations about work to oneself just be polite and do what is required.

Bad service. I asked for shoe sizes and was giggled at. Then when looking my self I was told to move so they can dust the shelves. I walked out staff are useless and rude. Ill go to cornubia shoe city instead

The staff at the store is very friendly and welcoming and assists with sizes and share about the current specials. The shopping experience is excellent.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Staff are busy doing there own thing. Don't greet and unwilling to help. Talk very rudely to customers

I was there for the first time yesterday @ Overport branch and pick up shoes on a low price. Great service.
