Semira was very helpful, thank you … Sadly the service went down hill after I booked. The lights outside my unit didn’t work for almost two weeks inside lights faulty too, dreadful .. I had to extend my storage for another 3months; Sadly no loyalty or offers provided. I was forced to move to another company 1.3 miles away. I found a large unit at £150 month cheaper a month.. Shurgard has no loyalty to existing customers!

Semira could not have been more friendly, courteous and helpful. She rang me back within moments of making the online reservation, took me through the process with total clarity, and had all the packing materials I asked for ready to go when I arrived to complete the paperwork an hour later. It’s certainly the kind of experience that would encourage me to use Shurgard again if needed.

Would highly recommend this company to use for storage, in particular this branch. The employees Vanessa, Ryan, Darren and Lewis provided excellent customer service. On each occasion they have been polite, helpful, warm and professional. Having never used a storage company before I am very happy that my 1st time has been pleasant and straight forward. Rory was there to welcome me, upon entering and enquiring. He was so helpful despite it almost being time for him to go home. He took the time to go through the different rates, get me a good promotion, find out the appropriate space I needed etc. I would definitely say if you come here, ask for Rory :-) he ensure you leave with a smile on your face!

I just got home from visiting this facility and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The facility on its own is fantastic, but paired with the customer service agents there, it makes it an exception place. My customer service agent Vanessa was not only personable, but she answered all the questions I had and more importantly she did so honestly.

I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed by the staff at the Forest Hill Shurgard I felt it would be rude not to! They were not only exceptionally helpful, informative and patient, they were also cheerful and friendly too. Finally a decent self storage facility in Forest Hill. Everywhere else in the area seem to be removal firms with small short term storage at extortionate prices. Highly recommended for your bulky items. Convenient opening hours and the first month free makes this a no brainer
