First section is a relentless uphill, basically straight up. Need to be fit to push through to get to the top or just take frequent stops and take your time, but when you are walking we found you needed a steady pace so you have momentum in your body to get up the vertical ascent.

Mountain is really steep to climb. Not for beginners. U must be prepares when u go up there. Make sure u get an early start otherwise the sun will get you.

One of my favourites. Easy hike, great to get into trail running. Amazing views over Muiz and Kalk Bay.
