Cape Town Airport branch staff at First Car Rental / SIXT were excellent. The lady processed our rental with speed and solid communication which we appreciated after a very long flight. Car was perfect and great value. Drop off was fast and courteous. Well beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Total scam!! They have added extra charges (e.g. fuelling and service fuelling) without any justification as the tank was full - and of course without even telling us.

This isn’t SixT. It was a lie and a scam. It’s FIRST and it’s very low quality. The rental office was hard to find as the sign say First and not SixT.
