I have nothing but praise for Dr Nahem, and a couple of other gps Ive seen here. I get listened to, I get treated like a person and I never have a problem. There are a couple of doctors up there that don't understand some simple things and like to argue with my specialists requests, and totally ignore what is on my files...

Dr Wendy is absolutely incredible & I would recommend her to anyone. She is understanding and if she doesn’t have appointments available, will always call at the end of the day. She takes the time to listen & is always on top of everything; will call me when due for a health check up or blood test. ☺️

Terrible customer service on the phone. Was not greeted with the name of GP clinic or who i was speaking with. Could barely understand a word the receptionist said and he did not listen to me at all. Will never go to this clinic purely based on this phone call to attempt to book an appointment.

If you want the best care, you may need to wait for appointments or at the centre. Dr Nahem and Dr Sherry Xue are the doctors I've been seeing for years. BEST care. Dr Sherry also does acupuncture. Both are always smiling and welcoming. They also do tele-health conferences over the phone.

No point to book .... came here at least 10 times, and the doctors are always running a minimum of 1 hour behind.... , today i booked for 10 am, i showed up at 11:10 and saw the doctor at 11:25.... only 15 mins wait instead of 1 hour and 25 mins.... i think i got the trick.... …

Dr Naham is fantastic particularly mental health issues. I’ve been seen by many drs at other clinics but this dr was able to diagnose my issue after a few appointments. Referring me to a specialist diagnosis was confirmed. Now I’m moving forward with my life. Amazing.

The waiting times are crazy 50 minutes even with an appointment, plenty of medical centres in the area, very disappointing way to spend Friday evening- 6.20pm booking now 7.10pm and I'm hungry and bored. Will try another medical centre next time. Lesson learned …

Staff are absolutely unhelpful and so rude. Doctors never call (apart from Dr Iwe) for telehealth appointments so you have to call constantly to follow up and reception do nothing to help.
