I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. They ruined my hair. I had balayage ends and I wanted to go to a full colour of caramel brown. They did not follow the brief that was given to them. I was left with two tones of dark brown hair and overcharged for what was advertised. I gave them the opportunity to fix my hair. But the hairdresser that did my hair didn’t even bother making my appointment when I called to complain. I turn up today and they tell me they are too busy to do it!! So unprofessional. I should have known better, the prices are too good to be true!

Horrible service. I had highlights done and they looked absolutely disgusting. I didn’t notice how bad until I had a look through my whole head. I went back the next day and she was dismissive and argumentative. I had to pay someone else to fix their mistake. Don’t go here. Find a better salon.

All the staff are horrible except one of the hairdressers, the one in the hijab just ignores you when you talk to her and is on her phone half the time, she doesn't know anything about the services or how to even do it properly, would give it no stars if I could

My daughter came home with nits from this place on her school holidays. After asking if they sterilise their tools and instruments, they told me, yes!, especially after Indians get a haircut. LOVELY!. My daughter never had them. Even when schools on!

My partner went up to the salon for a roots coloring, without asking her they prepared the color and telling her to do color for her whole hairs. Even didn't bother to ask for the color choice. Very upset.

Pre lockdown I was charged $25 for a style trim. Today I paid $35 for a straight trim that took all of 10 minutes because supplier costs have increased …
