Did not have the genuine Subaru oil filter as mentioned. So reduced the total price of service by $10. That was fair. Topped up the coolant with water, not sure if it was distilled water or normal tap water, however a professional would top up the coolant with specific recommended coolant only, and my car required it. I checked my air filter, it was not even cleaned at all. If you love your car, I would not recommend going here. If you don't love your car and just want your car to borrow time to function, then this place is ok. My mechanic that works from home is cheaper in price, but does much more service than this auto centre. My at home mechanic would check and rotate tires, clean the engine bay, top up liquids properly as required, clean or replace air filters in cabin or in engine on every type of service, for a very reasonable and fair price. I was recommended to come here, wish I did not. Edit ... i just checked me oil level, and its over the intended amount on the dip stick... . This is bad for the engine... I dont know what to say... Now I have to remove some... I may redo the oil change myself soon

I took my 2007 Jeep Cherokee in for a service with a few defects. I am very impressed by the professional service provided by the team at Smile Auto. I've had ongoing issues with the Jeep over the years and been to many mechanics. Most mechanics was unable to find the problem but the guys at Smile Auto was able to rectify transmission issues and some engine issues without any problems. They were able to supply quality parts at a very reasonable price. Overall I am very happy with Smile Auto and will certainly bring my other car back to Smile Auto. All went good until after one week, i noticed a weird noise under the bonnet. When opened i was flabbergasted to see the oil cap was left lose open. Oil splattered everywhere on the engine. Luckily i didnt drive much during the week. Very much disappointed. Doesnt matter how good service you do, must always do the quality supervision check. I was really happy for very nice polite service, but this ignorance could have caused me serious trouble. I hope this shop will contact me and help clean oil from engine.

Andrew is really helpful and friendly. My brother referred me to his workshop and found his work to be good. If you need a honest mechanic, who follows through with phone calls and his promise then Smile Auto Care is worth giving a try. Andrew organised a town truck repaired my Ford Ranger gearbox within a week as promised and let me know about price every step of the way. Super helpful guy

Very genuiene person Andrew, he is the best , he checks every details and faulty in my car and gives his better opinion about any changes if required. The plus point of him is he is not like others mechanic who make us to change everything for their benifits but Andrew is not like them he will tell to change unless it is in last stage ..... I've never met more helpful and genuine mechanics. Andrew in particular has been amazing everytime I bring my car in - going through in detail with what's wrong with my vehicle and giving me options. Will never go to a different mechanic ever again.

엔진오일 체인지나 배터리교체같이 간단한 정비는 친절히 해주는듯하나 정작 돈들어가는 정비는 바가지 엄청 씁니다. 리뷰가 좋은듯 해서 믿고 맡겼는데 차가 고치기 전보다 상태가 더 안좋아졌습니다.ㅠㅠ 기술이나 전문성이 너무 부족합니다. 그리고 제 지인은 실제로 여기서 받은 견적에 10% 안되는 가격으로 다른데서 고쳤습니다. 아주머니가 현금을 너무 강요하시고 My advice is to stay away!
