I am a bit disappointed. I came here with the intention of going lighter. After 3 sessions my hair was orange and extremely brassy and nowhere near as light as it should be. I’ve gone through the process of lightening and have lost about 5 inches of my hair (due to the damage from the lightening process) without any of the lightening benefits. My hair was brassy and orange. I went back for a keratin treatment to make my hair more manageable and cut down on styling time. I’m not sure what was done but it was not a keratin smoothing treatment. I reached out about my dissatisfaction and was advised that I need to activate the keratin with heat. The next time I washed my hair I used a treatment in my hair, a smoothing serum and heat spray then blowdried my hair as instructed and it was still frizzy and not smooth at all. I ended up having to put more product in and straighten my hair. If anything, my hair was less manageable than before. I reached out to the stylist a week and a half ago and have had no response. I’ve since been to another hair salon who have advised that I should have been lighter than I was after the visits and they weren’t sure why the salon was toning my hair with red tones when I was trying to go blonde, it’s what has made my hair orange. They’ve also told me that they don’t believe there was any keratin in my hair, they couldn’t feel it or see it in my hair when they washed or styled it. I’m a bit disappointed and won’t be returning.

I’m normally not a person to write reviews but I do feel like I have to share my experience. The ladies here are lovely but my last experience left my hair so damaged and orange. I booked in for a half head of foils and showed an inspiration picture. I left looking nothing like the picture I did mention it being orange especially at the front but she said it’s how my hair lifted. It wasn’t until that night I realised my hair actually was fried. Since then I’ve had to get my hair cut from another salon who said indeed my hair is fried from bleach and I’ve also had to dye the remaining back to brunette to avoid having orange highlights on my holiday. Really upsetting, Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

I went in with my hair in a very bad frizzy uneven state. I explained to Di that I felt anxious prior visiting a new salon due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. I felt so welcomed and listened too. I was provided with advice on steps we should take and felt I was informed and consulted during my very relaxing visit. The salon was warm for comfort (very cold rainy day)and the coffee was hot and delicious. My hair feels and looks amazing. I honestly could not be happier with the finished result. I can't wait to have my Keratin treatment next Thursday night. I am really looking forward to seeing the ladies again I felt very comfortable there and I love my new hair cut.

The ladies are lovely here. I am that client that never knows what she wants and without fail they work their magic and I am always very happy with the result. I really appreciate their advice and feedback. ThekThe team are kind and genuine and I've never had an issue with the professionalism, the end result and value. They know their trade very well and it shows.
