Little disappointed in the service here. When purchasing my item there were two customers being served at the time including myself. When purchasing my item there was a payment square in front of me so I placed my card down on the square to be told it was the wrong one and I paid for someone else’s item. Quite a large error here and the staff members weren’t very apologetic at all. Also like to add that the store wasn’t that busy either

Terrible communicators. Took an online order for an expensive item and charged our credit card. Then nothing and no reply to my query about what was happening. Finally they refunded the money without any explanation at all - meanwhile the item had gone up in price elsewhere. What a total waste of space - avoid.

They gave me the wrong dog food in the store. When I rang to complain they offered to come to me to fix the error! Was done before the end of the day. Fabulous service that I didn’t expect. Congratulations these guys have won me over.
