First of all, this young post office attendant doesn’t even know the difference between Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. I had to say the parcel was heading to N.Ireland on multiple occasions while she kept on saying do I mean Republic of Ireland. What’s annoying is her demeanour and assuming that I don’t know what am saying. Her colleague later corrected her, and due to her being embarrassed, she started raising her voice while speaking to me.She was very abrupt and rude has many people have said here. This is a very poor customer service typical of postoffice in the area. I will never use this post office ever again.

This Post Office on the parade is shockingly bad in every way . The exterior and interior is awful. The Staff are so abrupt, rude unfriendly and impatient. It appears as though they hate their job and the customers !! This PO has been awful for years, due to the staff there. They are sometimes shut when they should be open, which is very inconvenient. I have never had bad experiences at any other PO. The parcel office behind is the opposite, the staff are always wonderful, friendly and helpful, unlike the staff at this Speke branch. I went to this PO last weekend but I plan to never go there again.

Well always an interesting experience going to this place what can I say the staff at front of service are so abrupt and seems to me just bad mannered and lack basic customer service skills, honestly it’s only because I have a sense of humour that I don’t get offended by them but honestly they are a rough bunch of boilers and need to be sent on some customer service training. The staff in the back sorting office and parcel collection are great and always deal with me professionally when picking up my parcels. Shape up Speke Parade Post Office and be grateful that you have a job at all .

Would you see a shop like this in say Woolton ? No of course not because the place is filthy!! Parts of the flooring is missing what's left of it is filthy they don't even mop it , apparently its getting new flooring but in the meantime who cares attitude. Post office looks like a bomb site obviously because of its size being its tiny . So cmon make an effort please !! have a bit of pride aye !! Oh and staff members either sort your hair out and appearance as you look like the old washer women. Put a hat on for gods sake

Staff very abrupt and rude! Not smiling or showing respect! Every time I have to go there to post something it gives me a headache.. many times I measured packages at home to be sure they meet the requirements for the label I’d chosen and when arriving there, obviously, they said that packages don’t fit. After double checking the sizes at home, I decided straight away to choose another delivery company. Horrible experience!

It doesn’t say on the website but they have a sign up on the window saying they close 1-1.30pm for dinner. Staff have been pleasant but once I took a return (of clothes) in a box - I was told that they’d take it this time but next time/normally they don’t take boxes so big. I thought it was strange as never been told that at any other Post Office branches I’ve took the same sized box to.

Horribulous, rude, miserable staff. Visited twice out of desperation, never go there and they are near to home, I'd rather travel and get friendlier, polite service WITH A Smile than go this place. Let's hope when you open the new post office in Colin Sykes you get different new polite staff.

Great staff and hot food always lovely, friendly and welcoming but the decor isn’t as nice as it could be and with the post office now being there it could be a one stop shop for some people who can’t travel far. This will be a lifeline for many 5 STARS XXXXX

Posted my parcel on the 13th Friday August. And now its 21 August sill not been delivered as I payed for Royal Mail signed for 2 to 3 working days. Will let you know once its been delivered. Not good customer service.

It's good to have Post office in the neighbourhood, they always deliver. You can pay by card, parking aviable. But clerks lack patience which result in mistakes (bad post code). They moved to NISA

Quite commonly find this post office closed on random days of the week, which is inconvinient. Interior decor would have been dated in the 90s. Not a great expirience.

Drove here on my dinner break today because i needed my parcel and it was shut! Website says nothing about it being shut at 1pm, not happy at all.

Tried to go at 16.35… lady shouted at us that they were closed, only one person in the queue ahead of us but wouldn’t serve us.

Is this post office ever open untill it's supposed to close?! I've never known somewhere close hours early so much in my life!

I use this store to return parcels as they have great facilities The staff are very friendly and I’ve never had any problems

Staff are unbelievable rude been multiple times and there rude every time even the manager which is shocking

Very slow service and always refusing medium sized packages as there is no space to store them was told.

The staff that work in there are not very pleasant much nicer staff in hunts cross Woolton and garston
