- The office was visited and it was agreed to view the property for the purpose of renting it, and after a few moments a message arrived on the mobile specifying the next day and hour to view the property and an hour before the specified hour the office called and stated that there were no keys to the property and an appointment would be sent later, I waited for a day and no message was sent, I went on the second day I went to the office and found out that they had rented it to someone else, and I asked them why a message was not sent, and they said you are the one who sets the time!!!! Isn't that an explicit contradiction and lack of credibility on the part of the office, perhaps because he paid them an amount and they stripped of their professional ethics?

Spencers have been very very helpful in dealing with the sale of my property and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. (Some have been unreasonable) but they have kept me very happy. This is mainly due to Emma who has kept me informed in every stage of my sale and has done much running around behind the scenes to get things moving Quick as possible..especially with the covid restrictions. Always at the end of the phone to help and always quick at replying to emails. I will always go to Spencers and Emma in the future. I had a booking with Spencers for a property viewing, but I needed to reschedule it. I made several attempts to reach them via calls, texts, and even emails, but unfortunately, none of my communication was answered. Eventually, since I had already committed and couldn't make any changes, I had to take a day off from work to honor my commitment. However, just 35 minutes before the scheduled appointment, someone from Spencers called to cancel the slot, citing a lack of access to the property. They then provided me with another appointment time, but it was scheduled for a working day, without any consideration for my availability. This has left me extremely disappointed.

Excellent Service - As a landlord I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from the team, in particular Sam Cable. I have the experience of working with a number of agencies and consider the experience with Spencers to exceed that of any other agent to date. Within 2 weeks, I had secured quality tenants, I was kept informed throughout the process and any issues that came up, have been efficiently managed to my satisfaction. We were buying a house and Spencer’s were representing the vendor and they recommended a solicitor who was horrible however Emma took my calls and gave us lots of reassurance.
