Ageing shopping centre located on Heatherton Road Springvale South. Been around for 30 years and is starting to show it's age. A number of restaurants on the first floor many small shops catering to different ethnic type foods such as Indian Vietnamese Cambodian Malaysian and also Chinese. Quite a lot of off-street car parking service by a traffic light entering on to Heatherton Road female toilets at many venues wheelchairs and disabled people. I attend there for specific ethnic foods spices and mixes.

This place isn't for the light hearted souls. Bargain hunters will love this place, mainly just for Asian groceries. Good points: - Value for money, provided that you know where to buy what. - Fresher ingredients than supermarket. - Plenty of options for fresh ingredients. Weak points: - Recommended that first round of browsing is completed to get a good idea of what's cheapest at which store. - Forceful shop workers during bargain bin time, usually at closing time (5pm-6pm).

Have lived next door for 6 years, it's still the cheapest for veges, fruits and meat and eggs, though the prices are creeping up. Very busy and due to cultural differences you don't get chatty customer service, it is more a place for fast efficient customer processing. Dont take it personally, it is just their way of doing business, find the stores that are friendly and show loyalty and they in turn become pleasant to deal with.

This shopping plaza is the heart of Springvale. Plenty of delicious banh mi and fresh baked good goods sold here. Also, heaps of of fresh fruit, veg, meats and seafood sold daily. Frozen seafood on the upper level too. Parking is good in the wee early or late hours.

Only been there couple of times. Its very busy and crowded at times. Most of the time you can enjoy your visit. Lot of shops and small markets within the markets. I observed sometimes the staff had been rude but most the time every body is very friendly. …

It's tired, disorganised and not very clean any more. It's run like an Asian market now, and that's not a positive thing. Shop vendors are still friendly and helpful but it has a strong stale permeation. Good for an authentic value market.

One stop shopping plaza. Gone to this place for buying indonesian foods. Otherwise it has shops which sell cambodian and vietnamese food, Aldi, asian groceries and coin laundries. Plenty carpark and 2 toilets but the later close at 6pm.

Aldi store was quite big organised clean and well stocked with lots of goodies. I would say its one of the best stocked Aldi's I've been to. Only thing I would have concerns about is parking there is not a huge lot of it.

Great fish and chips. Friendly staff/owner. Good Doctor surgery. Chemist right next door with tatslotto and coffee cake biscuits. Passport photos. Friendly bottle shop. Pathology clinic Audi. Other facilities and shops.

Reasonable shopping place. Have laundry facility which is quite useful. Fresh fruit and vegetable shop is cheap. Aldi is reasonable. Indian grocery store is also there if you are looking for some indian groceries.

for me i don't like to shop there because i think there have no many product . Last time i been there to buy Ovaltine and i saw only Milo and also there have only for the big size not for small or medium.

A great little shopping plaza that has so much to offer. It has everything I need for all my weekly requirements. From a Supermarket to a Dentist to a Pharmacy. Excellent location too!!

Crowded and small walking aisle! Selling mostly asian grocery as cheap price! always sale off fruits and vegies after 4ish. But at this time, they are not quite fresh as earlier

Okay, so what can I say apart from the best place around for fresh fruit and veggies shopping, Asian food and at $10.00 the cheapest haircuts I've found in years.

Good! Clean, has parking spots, a chemist, Aldi, hair dresser, Chinese grocery shop, doctors clinic, tattslotto place inside the chemist there infront of Aldi.

Excellent shopping place! Have Cambodian & Phillipino restaurants, Coin Laundries, Pharmacy, Aldi and many more. Place to go for shopping groceries.

Convenient location between Springvale Central and Springvale South, good customer service and everything you would expect from your local Aldi

Fantastic place as with a lot of people I'm sure they probably love the centre I'll as much as I do as well as the food being cheap and good

I went there and had the best duck noodle soup ever. It was so nice that I visited again the best day. Must try that Vietnamese restaurant!

Southland is a large shopping centre split into 2 sections. It is well set out easy to navigate. It is not so large that you get lost..

Convenient location on my home from drop off of daycare or in the evening. It's a smaller store than some, but still lots on offer.

Parking is a bit hard , but its a good place for shopping everything if someone don’t have any problem with fishy smells.

Lots of parking and have few other amenities except Aldi which are lotto, restaurants, indian shop and etc.

More parking space here and not so many people at one time. Aldi more cheaper than others. Loved it.

Best place, I slept on the parking lot for 3 days and found 12 liter of beer in the aldi garbage

So far so good! Weekly grocery shopping is always smooth and easy. Parking gets packed at times.

This is great for quick shops lots of parking... Aldis a chemist an more.

It's ok just needs extra space for helping homeless people
