A big thank you to St GEORGE BANK 8 & 10Oct22 for assisting me in the process of trying to get my phone banking onto my tablet, & with graciousness, courtesy, & respect & considerable time & patience, after my smartphone died & I needed immediate App banking access on my Tablet to St George. David & Kenny are the most helpful staff there & also very competent in their jobs. Unlike a nasty experience I had about 3 yrs ago with a ignorant rude low life female Manager who ordered me out of the store (which I refused to leave) & threatened to call Security, when I went in wearing a low vision Macular badge & explaining I was pre Cataract surgery for both eyes & could they assist me as my vision impairment needed patience. I noted the details in my diary but did not complain for 2 yrs. I downloaded the App after that so as to avoid going into the Parramatta Westfield branch, very inconvenience to me. Walking on that day to the next branch in Church st Parramatta (I also have a spinal injury) to get the assistance I was entitled to. Until my phone died this week & I needed assistance to put the App on my Tablet. There seems to be a change in staff & management now. Which I appreciate.

Had a problem with my card being de-activated due to fraud. The lady who helped me was patient and pleasant. Very helpful. I noticed it was a very busy day, and staff were stretched, but they all did their best to accommodate everyone's needs. I could see that alot of customers were impatient and difficult to deal with, but being a "retail" worker, I could empathise, and see they were doing a good job. Often, customers just feel too entitled and selfish, and don't understand the challenge that staff need to undertake.

I've been with St. George bank for over 30 years and the experience at this Westfield Paramatta branch makes me want to leave the bank. The most unprofessional and laziest service. The Indians who work here, whether it's the manager or the people sitting at the front table are rude and have no idea what to do. Really stupid people. Not sure how they got a job, they are an embarrassment to St. George, bringing their filth and giving a bad service to everyone else. I would not rate them at all.

Came here today on October 30 2019 at 2.45pm asking for my bank account details yo transfer money from my Commbank app to St. George. I was served by this gentleman in grey jumper sitting at the 3rd counter. He wasn’t willing to serve and ask me to go to Commonwealth bank! I had to beg to get what I need. Very poor customer service. Never be given any smile too. He should be working in back office instead.

Worst bank in Westfield. Customer service is pathetic. Waited for half an hour to cash a cheque. While the entire bank was conversing in mandarin. The customer service officer didn't know what she was doing and kept me waiting while she went ahead and asked the team leader for the next step. I understand upselling but they were trying to shove a bank account down my throat. Hated it.

Bad customer service as I went there to get the loan statement and they said they can’t as it’s new and less than few month. It have to be 6 month. But when I went to other bank, they can print out month or few month loan statements. Lazy Chinese lady that doesn’t want to do her job properly.

My experience was really positive and helpful, as I had some issues with my account. Charissa was really helpful and the process was pretty quick, and she was extremely knowledgeable. Overall a really great banking experience, at the convenience inside Westfields Parramatta.

Poor customer service and experience. Fees still being charged despite service being terminated. Had to waste time going back to the branch again and again to rectify. Hopeless.

I would have given minus star if I could. Someone used my card to withdraw my money in this atm. Be careful people, if you decide to go to this shopping centre.

I don't know with other's experience, but when I was there they were very accommodating and helpful. I was in and out in 10 mins or less.

Very slow and give out false information. In the end called it quits after getting nowhere and told to wait for a second time.
