Very happy with their service . Went to ANZ and NAB across the road to open my parents accounts but I had very bad experience and said they are unable to do . The old lady at teller ( st george ) help us and give free coffee voucher . And Big thanks to KAM who help us to open joint bank accounts for my parents. Thanks st George Rouse hill team .

Extremely dissatisfied with this Bank in general. I have had to wait for 2 hours to verify myself as the branch has to call the fraud team. Whats the bloody point as i could have done this myself but was told by customer service to visit a branch. No care no responsibility. Shameless service. Especially Anna the branch manager. What a 8itch

Saturdays don’t bother. The web says there closed, but the branch is open. But why there open. A couple of staff and tellers closed. Why bother ? Usual St George customer service
