Made an appointment 3 days prior, to see the person responsible to assist with my inquiry, arrived on time to be told she was running late waited for 15 minutes only to be further advised I'll just be another 5 mins !! This is not professional if u can't keep an appointment then have the good grace to not keep other busy people waiting !

Staff always friendly and helpful. Opening hours terrible. Not a very community minded bank. Closed down most of their branches and ATM's. Can't rely on internet information where branvhes are still listed as being open lond after they have closed down.

I can’t speak highly enough of this branch. They are so friendly, courteous, and go out their way to accommodate you. I’m not a customer, I usually go in there to exchange notes, they always accommodate me. Great customer service..

St.George Branch Sutherland is a top branch with really nice staff and really good ATMs. I went there the other day whilst visiting the Shire and had to ask a few questions. Really good! Top spot, great people and love their work!

They do not respond to Phone messages. 4 of them across 2 weeks. As well as their machine took my card on first entry advising i had exceeded the number of entry limits

Rather have a chat with friends than deal with customers. Then just deal with walkins rather than customers who have been waiting.

Try dealing with their on line "Help" system, then you will understand misery and frustration in a whole new way.

The reps here don’t even know their own banks rules. I went to another bank and they knew what to do
