They're terrible indeed. I have an account with them in Pakistan and I was disappointed with the service. I filed a complaint and got a response in a couple of months time stating that your complaint has been resolved. I thought to explore them in Sydney (where I live) and see if I could get any help from them. Before contacting them, just had a look at the reviews and decided not to contact them.

Terrible experience with this company. The investment manager Cameron Paterson showed no empathy for my concerns towards scammers. Seemed to only be interested in securing my money, his own importance and commission.
