I was vacationing in Dublin not so long ago and unfortunately got sick, so I went to this pharmacy looking for help, not only I was helped but I was also comforted by a nice lady who works there. She make sure I was okay to go and asked if I knew my way back to my hotel, since I was a tourist. Ewa was very helpful and went the extra mile. I'm glad you hire people like Ewa who truly cares for others, and she even cheer me up saying goodbye "Hasta luego" in my own language. Great service, great staff! I truly recommend this place to everyone!
Worst experience ever with a pharmacy. They took away my prescription and didn't return it, then I went there to pick my medicines (on the same afternoon) before the closure time and the door was already closed. I knocked and although they saw me and new they had my prescription, they didn't come to the door and ignored me. I am a pharmacy myself and this would never happen in the pharmacy I worked with.
Honestly? Staff attitude here leaves a whole lot to be desired. If such places do insist on employing the north-Dublin try-hard diva type, they should emphasize the importance of confining their quirky attitude to outside of the working environment. I'm sure the pharmacist here is fine (most civilized folk with an education are), but the assistant staff? Keep it in teh ghetto "ladies".
Very helpful and can get your prescription to you 15 mins or so after you order it and are happy to call you when it's ready. I'm never overcharged either which has happened at other pharmacies. Only thing is when they say they don't have any of a med and say they don't know when it's going to be in you can be waiting literal months
On google and on their door the times are said to close at 6:30. I arrived 25 minutes before close to collect a prescription that was sent ahead. The shutters were already down at this stage. If I had just known this in advance I could have worked around it.
Online it says they stay open until 6:30 so I drove 10 minutes and ran over got there at 6:17 and they told me that they were doing their tills and to walk into town… so frustrating if you want to close at 6:00 say online that you close at 6:00 !!
They closed at 6:15 today instead of 6:30 like they have on their door Edit: I would give them 0 stars if I could. I know this is a regular thing that they do
Situated besides a family practice in the middle of Dublin. The Staff took time to explain the proper medication and further treatment.
My favourite pharmacy. Fantastic customer service. Speedy replies. Great medical care and advice also given. Very friendly staff.
Rushed into the city to pick up a needed prescription only to find they had shut 20 minutes early
We were visiting from the US and the pharmacist and workers at this place were amazingly helpful.
Asked for a proper pharmacy receipt Over a week later Still hasn't arrived Not Impressed!!
Poor customer service left me without medications
Very slow service and no parking
Super friendly staff!
