We were in desperate need of storage space as we moved into a smaller place. We have contacted many places in and around the area but no-one was as kind, patient and helpful as James and he's team at Stor-age Springfield rd. I had many questions, and sometimes asked them more than once but James always politely answered. Even too date whatever questions I have, James would still politely answer. I would recommend this place to anyone, the storage space was neat and bigger than expected, paperwork and fees was exactly as discussed. No hidden costs or agendas. To date we have made the right decision going with Stor-age Springfield rd in Ottery !

Very good service via phone. I am ok with the storage although the description of it was not what I imagined(everybody got their own imagination). so if you have never rented storage go and view before booking. Otherwise very happy about service, very friendly personal and I feel my content us safe and secure. Thank you Stor-Age Ottery. Little hint it would be nice if you could some now and then give the storages a floor and wall grooming as we women are not great friends of spider webs.

It's not often that I feel compelled to write a review. But in this current world, where mediocre service has become the norm. Exceptional service certainly warrants applause. The management and staff at Unit Self-Storage have been nothing but exceptional. Their professional manner and assistance is exceeded only by the amazing storage facility itself. I would highly recommend this business and have no reservation in informing everyone in Cape Town that there is none better.

Great experience all round. I like the camaraderie amongst the different depots to supply a solution to the client. Registering and choosing a unit was a breeze. The storage facility is high tech, well secured and maintained. Pleasant, confident and friendly staff. More than just a box unit. Units are accessible during business hours and everything you require to store your most precious goods under one roof. Providing carting equipment a bonus. Well done.
