I had the pleasure of working with Karl and Taufiq at Stor-Age Sea Point. Their customer service is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to assist me with procuring a unit suitable for my needs. Karl showed me around to different units and was open to answering all my questions which assisted me make an informed decision. On my several interactions with the team, I found both Karl and Taufiq to be extremely personable, knowledgeable and friendly in their individual capacity. Always on top of things with offering personalized and timely service. These gentlemen are assets the Stor-Age company. I highly recommend them. I was at the Sea Point branch a while back just browsing the look of this establishment and was pleasantly approached by one of the staff and received some very helpful feedback not only in a friendly manner but additionally in a tone of a friendly conversation in a way that you would meet someone new, which to myself can be the most honest conduct of communication as I can tell whether they have pride in their product and service. Thumbs up to these guys, I constantly refer Stor-Age as the first choice in an industry with vast option.

I contacted the store looking for storage and I spoke to Toufiq on the phone who was really friendly and told me to come to the store to look at the storage’s available, unfortunately the storage I wanted wasn’t available, him and Nare came up with an alternative and contacted the Gardens store when I was assisted with the storage I needed. Very grateful for their good service.

Really good experience. Helpful staff (Taufiq) helped me to exit my unit easily and helped me carry my things when my hands were full. Would definitely recommend.
