Read no further reviews. Take your business elsewhere, this place is not worth your time or money. When trying to arrange for a unit they do anytging for the sale but once they have your business you will find their lack of communication is terrible. Over 1 week for a reply, they do not handle complaints and when I had tried to arrange a truck and move out date I've recieved no communication for 7 days. When I initially moved in it took over 1 week for me to even have a working code. When I called and texted on multiple occasions the error was finally found, and still the code was incorrect and not what I had set up. Which meant that all the time I spent arranging to move, booking removalists etc had gone to waste and I needed to take even more days off work etc. No compensation, just a simple 'sorry for this'. No formal apology, a complete ignorance to the massive inconvenience they have caused. You will be 1000 times better off elsewhere. An absolute waste of time.

Your were helpful at the start with sizes and dates etc. Helful during when we needed access regualarly and exptremely patient and helpful while we extended dates a few times due to a protracted settlement on our new house. You kept in contact and juggled other bookings to assist us which meant we did not have to move our furniture and belongings around due to theunforseen changes in our lives. You were very accommodating. Would highly recommend you and Storage King.Regards Angie

Dare have an opinion that differs to the management team, fingers will be pointed voices raised that you are difficult and that the facility that you paid a deposit for 3 weeks earlier is no longer available! You don't need to go far for appalling customer service just visit the crew at Airport West/Essendon Storage King! Thank you Geoff you did me a favour, I found a facility that was over $100.00 cheaper for the same size in the same location!

Recently, the door to our unit was dented by owner of another unit. The staff contacted us promptly to let us know. They needed the door opened so they could fix it. The Door was fixed on the spot! So Happy Storing at Storage King Essendon!

I arranged and paid for space only to learn a few hours after I’d signed up I could store my things at a relatives. I called requesting my money back... they refused a refund even though the rental period hadn’t begun... i was told to email head office to no avail... to add insult to injury I paid more for a box then the guy that made it would have received for a years work... this was 2 years ago, I’m still angry lol

The premises are always clean & secure. However it is the customer service that sets this business apart from others. The staff are always friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff there & appreciate everything they do to make life that little bit easier. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Great company and good service. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other companies. The staff have always been helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries or requests. I've kept my stuff there for about a year now as I'm living overseas and the security of the premises is great. No complaints.

What an awesome storage place to store your furnitures and everythingelse! I have used this storage for the last 1 year and the customer service i get from there is excellent all the time! I could not find any place better in terms of customer service but also the value you get out of it!!!

Reasonably priced compared to the others in the area we found. And the great service from their staff also made our move alot easier as well as having after hours access. Would recommend to others who are needing to move and store!
