Terrible custom service. Disgusting and unhygienic facility. We have had to throw away 5k worth of belongings + throw away our daughters belongings (who had passed away) due to the fact there was a mouse infestation. According to management people are possibly storing food and there is nothing no one can do about it. They have a after hours phone that won't be answered until customer service opens next buisness day cause the girl simply cannot help you as she's busy .... no rubbish bins to throw away any rubbish. Dead mice everywhere. BUT DONT BOTHER MAKING A COMPLAINT IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH + for your matter to be taken serious and in the meantime they will clean up their act to make you look like you have been lying. But anyways I know it's a storage unit but if you can go somewhere else and avoid storage king Craigieburn then do it

Lachlan has gone above and beyond to help my family in our time of need. The help and support he has offered and shown my family is very much appreciated and just goes to show how much he values his customers and willing to help or support in anyway he possibly can.
