Storage King Tingalpa are really the best in the business and have been so accommodating to our business over the years. We require tonnes of storage space for merchandise for our business and Storage King has the most secure premises we've been able to find. They are so affordable for anyone on a budget and the staff are absolutely amazing. We have found them to be extremely supportive over these trying times, not just to us but to the whole local community. We could not recommend Storage King Tingalpa enough!!

Make sure you know exactly what you are getting. Was shown a large storage unit, told the lady what I had to fit in and she said the small one would be enough. Turned up on the first day to find that the items I had discussed with the lady wouldn't fit through the smaller units door. When I asked for one with the larger door, I was told that only came with the large unit. Then I was billed for both, even though I didn't even use the smaller one in the 2 days it was in my name. Don't be scammed.

Went over on Saturday morning to do paperwork for a storage unit and the computers were down and only one staff member working. I can only commend her in the very professional manner she handled myself another client before me and others that came in while she was attending to us. She did not get rattled and it was a stressful time for her, well done. Paperwork was finished and we sere shown to our unit and all details explained to us.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Rory and the team at Storage King Tingalpa. The hospitality and support we recieved allowed us to enjoy a hassel free experience combined with constant reassurance that our personal belongings were safe and secure. On a number of occasions we required a trailer to continue moving stuff into/out of storage and we new we could always count on Rory in helping us organise one. Thanks again guys!

Having used Storage King Tingalpa for my short term storage needs I would recommend them to anyone. The complex is completely secure and very clean. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their help with a trailer at the last moment was a life saver. A very big Thank-you to all the guys at Tingalpa.

Needed a short-term storage option for 2-4 weeks, they offered the best deal - and was very impressed by their service from the beginning to the end (access arrangements, available equipment to move gear around, very accommodating management). Recommend them highly.

I had an apartments worth of things stored for a little over a year. The place is as secure as I could hope for and it was easy to come and go to get a few items now and again. The staff are super friendly (and have great music taste!). Would highly recommend.

Good, secure storage facility. Best part is that all storage units are internal and hence quite secure. Cannot access 24hours per day though.
