Jenni and the team at StoreLocal in Thomastown have been amazing! We come from a small town in North Queensland and needed a place to store our recently purchased bus. On the day of the move, our original storage facility fell through. After calling StoreLocal, Jenni was able to guarantee us a spot, had the paperwork completed via email within the hour and our giant bus found it's temporary home. Jenni also took photos of our bus and informed us we needed to make emergency repairs *thank you Victorian weather :) The extra care and attention to detail given our situation was invaluable and saved us thousands in repairs.

I had a storage unit at StoreLocal in Thomastown for 5 months this year during which time I was homeless. I would often be there to put things in or take things out of my unit. At times I'd even go there to use the toilet and change my clothes which I was always so embarrassed to do. I can't thank all the staff at a StoreLocal Thomastown enough for all their kindness and compassion during such a tough time in my life. I've never given a review on Google before, but StoreLocal is well deserving of it. Thanks guys

Excellent service from all the staff and a highly recommended business! We went to check out a few different places for storage but this the first we visited and decided it was a perfect option so didn't visit any more! Jenni and all staff very helpful, professional, prices very competitive and the site is extremely clean and very well run. We used the truck to move in - that was a huge benefit for us - and have found it all very straight forward. Great place, don't bother looking elsewhere!

Well well well what can I say , What a breath of fresh air JENNI is, so easy to talk to, very respectful and professional and very understanding . She goes out of her way to to try and resolve any issues that May occur and is very prompt to notify you if any changes take place that may have an impact on you, so you don’t get any nasty surprises when you turn up to your spot. Staff went above and beyond what I expected. I had a really great experience with them- approachable with any query and willing to help. Excellent access times and a clean and safe facility in a handy location. I can't recommend them enough- if you're just thinking about a storage unit go in and have I chat. I followed all their recommendations for trailer hires and removalists and was really impressed. Excellent customer service.

I stored my personal items for about four years with Kings whilst I was overseas. During this time Kings service and communication was prompt and professional. When I came to check on my storage locker, gaining access was easy. After four years, my items, including bedding, furniture, clothes and books were in excellent condition; minimial dust, no sign of damp or mildew. I would use them again, and recommend to friends.

First became acquainted with Kings via a relative who had storage space there, and was impressed by the cleanliness of the site, and the friendly, approachable staff. Now have a car in secure storage there, and can't recommend them too highly - the facility is spotless and well-equipped, and the staff are just great - pleasant, helpful, and good-humoured! Opening hours are very reasonable, too...

I have been with storelocal Thomastown for over 5 years storing my goods for my business. I have always had great service and access to my storage unit without any issues. Management are always courteous and professional. Nothing is an issue they can't help to resolve. Peace of mind from my perspective with the security and faucilites offered. Very happy. Dennis

Great experience with StoreLocal Thomastown, customer service was on point, Sally and Liam were very sufficient and easy to work with, very informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for easy and local storage. Bathroom facilities on site very clean and tidy. On top of all this you also get a free moving truck between 9-4pm.

Staff extremely helpful. Always courteous and informative, and very happy to help and make changes to contract as our needs change. I recall two names Sally and Violetta. Carts to take boxes to storage always available. Lights come on automatically when proceeding down walkways to storage locker. Happy to have found this facility.

This is a modern, new, high tech storage facility with very good rates. Management are very helpful, accomodating and friendly. I am really glad I decided to use StoreLocal at Penrith for my storage. The whole process was easy and simple and John (manager) even brought me a cold drink while I was moving in. Highly recommend.

Most helpful right from the start. I didnt really know what i needed to do but it was made easy with your help. Rip off merchants. Have had stuff in storage for nearly 2 years Just discovered I'm paying $70 more for a 1/2 garage than they are advertising on their website. The rate is not qualified as "prices from" or limited to new customers or select units only. Staff gave me run-around when I complained.

Great and friendly team that were able to accomodate our needs even on short notice! Appreciated their support and flexibility. The facility is clean and all units are on the ground floor which makes everything loading/unloading really easy. Thank you Sally and team for looking after us.

The worst storage place I have ever used the staff are always rude and give you grumpy looks they are not approachable at all. The only time they are friendly is the day you go in there to pay for your storage other than that they have no people skills!!
