Leased a 6m2 unit. Concrete floor and metal walls. Lock by padlock. Stored my stuff for about 7 months and the place is secure. It is clean and easy to access your goods. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the cost is affordable way more affordable than any other option I had looked at to compare. I would recommend this storesmart for all your storage needs and should I ever require such again they will definitely be my go-to. Ooooh! Yes and the validate parking too!

I have moved from a big house to a little apartment and for the past few weeks everytime I have been to Store Smart to load off item the service has been amazing. Blessed and Kams are always pleasant with smiling faces ready to be of assistance. It's a rare find to get good service in this day and age but I have experienced it here. We use the Wynberg Maynard Mall branch and the service has always been excellent. Beginning with the help from Mr. Blessed in getting us the most appropriate unit and the constant assistance and welcome from Messrs. Kams and Blessed whenever we go to the branch.

Scam of a storage place - after a year of leasing you will get monthly increases because you got the incorrect pricing in the initial price & they need to recover there loss . AVOID rather use a reputable storage unit facility with proper contracts

They do not close at 7. I got my (expensive) movers and rushed to store smart. When I get there, there was no one in the store. Extremely extremely rubbish service considering the need from customers. I called at 6 and no one picked up.

Blessed at Storesmart is a champion. If I had a business, he is the person I would get to run it. He is super professional, helpful, insightful and a great manager - a huge asset to Storesmart.
