Disgusting customer service and minimal cleanliness. The staff were mucking around about the entry door and if it should be opened or closed. 2 staff who were service proceeded to go and close then open the door, all while servicing customers. The boy who was serving my husband and I (he wasn't in uniform and had no name tag) proceeded to try and make our sub with the same gloves he wore to open the entry door. My husband politely asked him to change his gloves. To which he did however he then refused to make our sub and another staff member stepped in to make it. This staff member then got our cookies and accidents dropped the cookies out the bag on the bench. She asked if I wanted them replaced, as she could tell I was annoyed. She replaced the cookies and we left. All while the boy who refused to serve then walked out the back. Its run my a group of kids. With zero respect for hygiene and customers. Disgusting
Wish I didn’t have to give a star because it doesn’t even deserve one star. The worst and slowest customer service. Visited 17/06 . The staff aren’t properly trained and I waited in line for 20 mins in a line of 10 people. Walked out after it only moved by one customer after 20 mins, with THREE staff members on. One of the staff asked another what type of salad to put on a particular sandwich, and having a conversation amongst themselves about the wrong type of bread being organised in the ovens, infront of customers who were visibly frustrated with the long wait. Please retrain your staff properly especially being a fast food chain, probably the worst service I’ve ever witnessed - disorganised and clueless.

Ordered a chicken schnitzel and the chicken was cold even though the bread was toasted. The counter was also messy so that it looked a bit unappealing. The toppings were the correct amount but the placement and closing of the sandwich was messy and rushed. There were even that many people in the store ordering at the time.

First and last time, not going to bother mentioning the customer service. Getting a sandwich made shouldn't have taken that long, but it seems my order wasn't a priority. The staff members personal conversations amongst each other seemed to be more urgent. As people have mentioned below, The staff here clearly don't know how to handle food in a safe and hygenic way. If they don't know how to handle it infront of you in clear view, I can only imagine how it is behind the kitchen. Praying i don't get food poisoning. The staff member handed me change with the same gloves she made my sandwich.
Went to Subway and within 1 min the girl making our subs was coughing and said "I have no voice, I am really sick". She continued to cough on our food and her gloved hands. She clearly wasn't in a condition to work, but continued to handle our food. She also wasn't wearing a mask. We threw out our food the second we walked outside the store. Unacceptable given current health state (covid and flu) PLUS handling food. Would give zero stars if I could and unlikely to return (shame because I was a weekly customer).

Yesterday was the last time we will ever purchase from this Subway, my partner got food poisoning from eating food from there. Absolutely disgraceful. The time prior we had purchased lunch from here, one of the workers dropped a knife on the floor and proceeded to use it again to close and cut a sandwich. Had I not been very loud and firm on how unhygienic and inappropriate that was, he would have kept using it for the several customers behind me. Honestly, don’t risk your health by eating food from here.

Came in today around 4:40-5pm, around that time frame. And the girl that was working there at that time, served me ( She was very unprofessional and rude, no smile on her face) I had to keep repeating myself to her about what salads I wanted on my sub, Clearly has no customer service skills. Need to train your juniors, otherwise you will start to loose customers with this attitude. Very disappointed.

Most incompetent staff I actually walked out shocked at how they present themselves, no manners and they literally dropped a quarter of the chicken I got for my salad and she was about to pick it up to put it on the salad but seen I was looking, then proceeds to chuck the chicken out and not even replace it, so I’ve left paying full price and not even receiving what I paid for. The two girls you had on staff on the 24th of May around 3pm really need some training.

A minor complaint but the staff have mostly been okay- namely Helen, who served me on Tuesday 01/08/23. She was friendly, polite, made an effort to engage. These days unfortunately it seems “customer service” means zilch. Sometimes this store is closed way before closing time which bothers me, I think management need to review this. The food, though, hasn’t been a problem - seems like regular Subway to me!

To the owner of the store. You seriously need to rethink your staff.. they are incredibly rude and so very unprofessional. I have seen them snicker behind the counter infront of customers commenting on their appearance & making rude remarks making people seriously uncomfortable.. i tried to have a meeting next door and they are screaming playing music and swearing after hours whislt cleaning ... sort your store out the food is never fresh drinks open in the fridge ... either bring it up to standard or shut it down
Two of the workers that work there johnathan and Madeline I believe her name is the best workers I’ve never seen two young workers work so hard and still be happy, and the customer service there was spectacular Johnathan the worker should get a raise he consistently checks up on me if I need anything else while I’m eating my food he is a wonderful worker hope more people become like him.

DISGUSTING! Went in today (22/10/2023) and the person making my sub did not even change gloves after handling cash from the previous customer. Clearly, the staff are not trained in basics on how to handle food. I can't imagine how dirty and contaminated all the food is there - yuck.

Store Open but closed online. No hairnets, no uniform. No bread and hard bread. No standard veggies proportion. 4 tomato slices on one, 3 and half on other. Kid tried to close and cut hard bread sandwich, pickles and jalapeños fell off. Disappointing.

Staff are great but was told owner advised staff to cut back on fillings and not put too much in subways. Buy the time footlong was done all u can taste was bread it was that bad wont be going back. But they are still charging the same. The most tightest franchise have been in.

Ordered avocado toastie today. They wrapped it as a six inch. Not toasted at all. I worked in subway for three years never seen toastie packed like a six inch, usually it’s in a box and well toasted. Very disappointed with the service

Workers were so nice and friendly. Came on a Sunday around 7pm . Listened to our orders so well and completed our order correctly with no accidents. Even offered us the card where u earn points. Definitely will be coming back there.
