On 12/13/15 I parked at the franchise parking lot to wait for my girlfriend and to get a sub before doing our half marathon run for #santahustle . We were running a bit late so we decided to go to finish our run first and then head back to eat at the establishment. I come to find out that my vehicle was no longer there when I returned. I promptly approached the drive-thru window and asked the two employees where my vehicle was. To which one responded rudely and without facing me that my vehicle had been towed (My girlfriend was parked next to me and her vehicle was there). The same employee (who's name I cannot pronounce) said that they were coming for her vehicle. We left her keys in my car for safe keeping before the charity race. We had to wait while a family member came to pick me up and take me to the impound. Once there the receptionist told me that the employee had called them saying that they needed the vehicle towed because it was blocking the way for other vehicles to park there. That was a complete lie. I have pictures that there were no more than 4 vehicles total. They saw us dressed as Santa clause for the charity and it was clear that they did it out of spite. And on top of that when my girlfriend went to ask for a manager they were very rude to her. To which once I came back after paying $175 for 30 minutes of being at the impound (because I was waiting for a ride) I went in and asked for the name of the manager and they were rude to me too. I understand if you need the parking space for people , but there were non, we were going to give you our business after the half marathon (people get hungry) but after this I am very displeased and will never eat at your establishment again. Your employees need to be nicer to people. #santahustle

When my sister and I walked in no other customers were there so we walked right up to the counter. There were 2 employees working there so the girl took our order by herself although the line started piling up, and the other employee labeled containers and blatantly ignored the drive through headsets saying 'they'd come in if they want it badly enough', not to mention he made excessively irrelevant jokes the whole time. They only had 2 kinds of bread, I had to repeat my order 3 different times to the gal helping us, our sandwiches were very skimpy, and the line finally grew long enough to warrant the man helping her. I have some understanding for the girl because I think she was new, but overall our experience was very unprofessional and sloppy. I hate having to leave negative reviews :(

I have gone to this particular subway 3 times within 20 days. Each and everytime i order meatball sub. They say they are out of meatballs. Once I went at 2:15pm, and the other 2 we're just before 9pm. Walked from work. I will never go to this subway again. Today is sept 6, 2018.Thank goodness Arbys is next door. This complaint here was 6 months ago.We there early evening to get my favorite sub, which is meatballs. They didnt have enough meatballs. I said, couldnt you get some more. Guy said he didnt want to get anymore. Wow, are you serious. You still have the night ahead of you. I will not go to this one again. Actually i got better service at Arby's next door. Thats where i'll be going from now on.

I used to tend to go to this location as it was close to where I worked, however a couple weeks ago I sat for five minutes in the drive thru before I got taken care of, then a male came on the mic, who was then interrupted by a female asking what i wanted in a very rude manner. After I explained my (pretty simple) order several times, confirming I wanted American cheese, white flat bread at least three times, I had enough and cancelled my order. There’s usually this issue at this location, but not to the extent I experienced this time, with hearing my order even though there is no surrounding traffic. I will never visit this location again, there’s another subway on 10th street that is just fabulous.

They frequently get drive-thru orders wrong and are often unapologetic. A common mistake for them is failing to toast subs ordered that way. Today I was handed a cold sub that was supposed to be toasted, and when I questioned it, the worker assured me it had been toasted. I open it up, touch ice cold meat, and ask that they toast it. They do so but repeatedly reiterate that it had been toasted, when clearly it had not. (I’m pregnant and cold lunch meat is a no-no, not that I should need a reason to want my order right.) I’m done giving them my business.

Sat in drive-thru for almost 10 minutes, never seen or heard from anybody, so I parked. Young man was alone and working on an on-line order and continued to . I explained that I had been in drive- thru , he stated that the manager had taken the headset with them when they left. So after still standing in front of your employee who acted like it wasn't an issue. So I walked back out and spent my $30 next door at Arbys and got awesome service. I will never return to your establishment

Ordered the Grand Slam Ham and said no lettuce. Worker made the decision that because I don't want lettuce I should replace them with banana peppers, jalapenos, green peppers, pickles, and spinach without telling me. When calling back to find a resolution worker got an attitude and said "come in and we'll see."

Came in here and asked for wheat bread. There was a 6 inch wheat bread already sitting on the counter, so he grabs that instead of the ones inside the cart so who knows how long that’s been just sitting out. That was one red flag. The second red flag was he said their toaster don’t work so they have to use a microwave. I just walked out at that point.

I brought in a coupon from discover indy. The manager was rude. The lady with him was polite BUT I will not eat here again. This is not the first time he has been rude. I walked out. It's fine to not accept a coupon but you should not be rude about it. Go to the subway by mass ave. They have always been nice. They treat everyone with respect.

It’s 8:54 pm. They close at 9pm. We were there 10 min ago and they were closed. Don’t go here planning to eat. The lazy lady in there closes when she wants to. Pathetic. I’m calling corporate. We’re driving 20 min out of our way now be e our kids wanted subway. Thanks ya lazy hag! Kids these days are ridiculous. Punk little red headed girl.

Was in line 25 min and only 2 people in front of me. 3 workers kept talking about negatively about working there. Complained that a guy left early and he gets to do whatever he wants since he's dating the manager. I understand the need to vent but yo do it the ENTIRE time I'm in line is annoying. If you don't like your job, change it.

Not a good experience. Busted glass in the door, employees complaining openly about how bad it is to work there, out of all bread except wheat (at 12:30 pm), only 2 customers in the store but it took a good 3 minutes to even be acknowledged. When you think of urban, ghetto businesses, this is what you imagine. Don't recommend.

Very good service...and very good sandwich..very near the greyhound bus stand...ordered rositeri style chicken sub...the person was very welcoming and patient in putting ingredients we asked..heat the chicken..the sub and then the completed with veggies...very nice experince

Came to eat here after checking hours of operation on Google just to be greeted by employee outside telling me they were not open at 7:24pm. Google says 8pm closing time. They need to update their hours of operation again so guests don't make a trip for nothing.

I had the best chopped chicken salad I've had anywhere in Indianapolis area today at Subway on South Street. Canya was my salad artist. She made a great salad with a huge smile the whole time I was in front of her. I will return soon and often.

Don't trust anything this store tells u they gave me permission to park in there parking lot out of the way and then tried to get me towed after giving permission. Then told my kids that it was going to be towed if we didn't move it.
