My boyfriend and I went in yesterday at around 5:30, the people behind the counter were very rude and made everything seem like a HUGE inconvenience for them. (Excluding the young man with curly hair, he was kind and didn’t make any smart remarks). The other two employees openly made rude remarks and gave us an over all bad experience.

Placed order online one sub was completely wrong. Our toasted subs were cold when I called they did offer to remake I could not go back I asked for credit instead they just said they could remake the subs. I used to be an asst manager that is unacceptable we will not be back.
