I ordered a footlong meatball sub shortly before 6 pm, it's my favorite sandwich from subway. I thought the place must have been ready to close but I note the hours show it closes at 10 pm. I thought it must be closing because the meatballs were *extremely* old and the marinara sauce had dried away entirely. I was still served the meatballs in a sub anyway, so I assume the staff must have thought it was acceptable fare to serve to their customers. I had to throw it away. It smelled bad and tasted very old, hard, very dry, just not good. I don't know if I'll go back to this Subway, and I'd recommend you give the place a miss as well. With the Subway closed at the Circle K on 7th Ave (crack mac's for the locals) I don't know of a Subway in the area other than this one, but definitely don't give these guys your business. The place was quiet, looks to have been dead, but the staff had no interest in refreshing the food.

The food is okay but the issue was after ordering food I needed to use the bathroom and they said it’s not for public use. Which is weird since if I customer needs to go they won’t give access to the bathroom. And they will make weird excuses since I’ve gone to this subway over a month and every time they say something different. Once they say the pipe is broken, the next time they say the water is not coming, it’s clogged, it’s not working. Weird how other subways allow the use of their bathrooms but this one they won’t allow you to use their bathroom. The food is okayish.

I wish I could give negative stars. Extremely rude staff. In Calgary for the weekend and this is the closest place to grab decent coffee near my air bnb. I stopped in to buy a cup on my way out for the day, was told they were all out at the moment (the store was dead a coffee takes a minute to make but ok). So on my way back in for the evening I thought I would see if they had made some more.... I entered and before I could even say anything the same employee from earlier LOUDLY SNAPPED at me, snidly saying they don't make coffee in the evening and preceded to serve the patron behind me. Funny that another subway a few blocks away has coffee all evening.

I love the blandness of their sandwiches. Where do they get their toppings from? Absolutely flavourless. Even the bread has no flavour. I have to ask them to sprinkle a lot of salt and pepper on the sandwich in order to be able to choke it down. I may as well sprinkle salt and pepper on a piece of white bread for lunch which would be far cheaper. I'm not surprised Subway is losing customers. The only reason I eat here is proximity to the office, but I have been disappointed every time.To make matters worse, on my last visit, the server incorrectly charged me more for my cold cut combo. I think this is the last time I patronize this Subway.

I went this afternoon at 1145 and the lady putting the toppings on my sandwich (veggies) got annoyed when I nicely said the onions go on the one with no cheese, can you take the tomatoes off as well, since the onions were on there. she rudely removed all the veggies and I told her she didn't have to do all that. she then drenched my sandwich with the creamy siracha. I COULDN'T EVEN IT! If you are going to work in customer service, change your attitude

10/10, definitely recommended. I was served tonight by the most pleasant woman who made my crummy night so much better with her kindness & smile.. Not to mention the amazing subway MELT she prepared for me. I didn’t happen to get her name but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left the store. It’s the little things like that, that keep people coming back and I will definitely be back!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I received the most horrible horrible horrible customer service ever in my life from this location, The guy name "Maddy" working on Sept 11, 2022 around 6PM acts like either he owns the place or somebody hasn't given him his pay from one month. NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS GUY NAME "MADDY' OR "MATTY".

I have eaten at a lot of subways - this one is by far my favorite. I go here for lunch and I have never gotten faster and better service. Despite usually being busy I am in and out in under 5 minutes. The work stations are clean and the ingredients look great and somehow they manage to deliver this quality of service consistently which seems like a rarity in fast food.

Went to subaway today was in a bad mood and i was severd by maggie this girls smile and friendy attitude put me in a good mood the samwitch was awesome the service was fast and friendly

The senior worker on shift (not sure if he was a manager), DOES NOT understand the LAW regarding mask mandates. I am legally exempt, and he did NOT respect that. He needs to be educated by a lawyer on our human rights. Very irritating.

Great staff, toss you an extra cookie now and then and make you feel appreciated for spending your money there. Pop machine does flavours like vanilla, cherry and lemon which is cool.

The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the ingredients were fresh and they built the sub just like I wanted. Great place for good quick food when you are hungry.

It is a Subway. You get exactly what you expect you should get. It is near my office, and I'm glad that it is still open and observing all the COVID precautions.

Ordered one of their customer sandwiches. Turns out they were missing the specialty ingredients that go with out but have no problem charging full price.

Friendly staff and fast service. Ingredients are fresh and everything always seems very clean and well kept. Nice sit down atmosphere as well.
