Ordered a sub on the app, paid for the sub and went to this exact location. Owner told me he didn't get my order and started to slam and get very angry. Even after I showed him the confirm payment and the address he continued to be extremely rude. I order here often and I will NOT be back. Get some better customer service skills, it's not my fault your computer system is glitchy. Also this location charges for extra toppings, and doesn't ever participate in promotions, after seeing how the owner acts I know why. Go elsewhere for your lunch if you can.

Just as an FYI you literally cannot order off the build your own sub menu at this location, if you ask for an italian BMT for example they will say no and ask you to order something with a number instead, (the build your own subs have no number associated with them). just a little odd lol. spent more time telling me I cant order that then it would take to make the sub. but such is life I suppose. The employees are doing the best they can but man what an odd experience haha.

I love subway but I do hate how fast they try to put your order through, especially when there is nobody behind you! While trying to manage children and getting their orders right and having a subway worker rush you through, your bound to make mistakes! So, I asked the worker if I could change the type of bun I got my sons sub on (because he's so fussy) and even offered to pay extra for the bun, her response was "no, I can't do that"........disappointing.....

Dirty, slimy, glass over the food is smudged soggy and dirty. Slimy gross meat. Flies buzzing all over the FOOD. Multiple flies!! Some employees were apathetic and somewhat rude. Very difficult to understand the employees, I basically had to use hand signals instead of words. The state of the food and area where the food is kept while making the sandwiches is what prompted me to make this review. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this subway.

Went here right at lunch time the other day and it was packed, I think I was #15 in line. They were appropriately staffed (6 people on shift) and they had such a good assembly line going. I was so impressed with how well they worked together ensuring they were efficiently serving customers. Food was also very good and everything was fresh.

I eat here about once a month, last time will be today. I got sub and milk about 3 weeks ago. Called back to answering machine my milk was bad. Let them know today but they charged me for mine today. Have paid for one of their homeless customers before so not money thing. Principal thing. Lost a fairly regular customer over a milk

The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly! They are always welcoming and they make an excellent sub!

Great Subway sandwiches with a pretty spacious, airy eating area. Clean and well maintained especially considering it was quite busy at lunchtime. lol Not sure if it was my imagination but they seemed to load my sub more generously than other locations. I like Subway and really liked this place!

Subways are usually hit and miss but this location was actually one of the best I've been too. They put a decent amount of toppings on and the chicken was moist and had flavour which is often absent at other locations. Also open much earlier than a lot of other Subways.

Ordered 2 platters for work lunch and the customer service from store manager Julie Ann (and staff) was amazing! Very hard to find good customer service lately. We will definitely be ordering again in the future.

This is the best run Subway in all of Calgary. Always lots of staff on at lunch that work very well together and get through the line up in a hurry. Staff are always friendly and the cookies are baked to perfection every time.

Fast service at lunchtime but it's too fast and did not listen to what I asked for. They got the size order wrong and had to cut away half the sub to immediately throw it away. Not great management of ressources.

Good and friendly staff. Service was fast and efficient. Hot Food snacks are also available and are delicious and tasty at affordable prices .lots of cold drinks for purchase. Lottery tickets sales available.

I don't know what they've done to their ingredients but I cannot eat from here without getting a severe stomach ache. However if you want to clean your system out completely go take a bite. Yep just one.

It’s a subway. They’re reasonably fast assembling what you want. Ingredients appear fresh. Knocking off two stars because the debit machine has a tip option. Go pound sand for a “tip” on a $11-12 sub.

Terrible Internet every single time I try and relax and go online in this establishment..,I am not able to access the Internet , the macs patron is pointing at the subway patron and vise versa

Regular sandwiches as any other subway. however this locations stands out for its cleaning standards. A shout out to the Asian lady that is always in a hurry but smiles at me all the time.

Most subways I don't like. But this one has fresh & good tasting ingredients, workers are very fast & have an AWESOME attitude, and the sandwich making skills are top notch. Love it!!!

First time the sub was tasteless, this place is no good, I ordered teriyaki chicken and there was no taste, secondly they hardly put any chicken and veggies, the owner is cheap.

That was the most efficient, fastest moving Subway I have ever seen. Very impressed.

I offten go out of my way to come to this Subway because they have a great balance between efficiency and friendlyness.
