The service we received tonight left us in disbelief. We came in at 9:15 PM October 13th, to order and we were immediately greeted by an Indian lady at the counter. Right away she asked us what we wanted and my partner ordered first, then she asked me what I wanted and I said "Oh sorry I'm just deciding" she responded with "Hurry up we are closing." We were shocked with the audacity of this woman as we have gone to this Subway for 5 years, since it's down the street from us. Once we had our sandwiches made, we asked to do a combo and when I asked if I could have soup, she made me repeat myself 3 times and each time offering cookies or chips, when she finally understood me she said "We don't have that here." Pardon me? The combos offer soup, at the beginning of when you make your sandwich it showcases the soup of the day. I'd understand if she had said "Sorry we closed it for the night, but you can have chips or cookies." Instead, she decided that Subway does not offer soup. At the end we felt so uncomfortable with her rude and unprofessional behaviour. It's an absolute joke that we were asked for a tip after being treated that way. One of our local stops has unfortunately become one that now we will avoid.

I order from here through Skip the Dishes sometimes and the food 99% of the time is delivered hot and fresh from this location. Only time there was a problem was when a driver wasn’t available and it sat for awhile before someone new finally got there to pick it up. Through skip too they always have a free cookie deal over $15 and free delivery over $20 so it’s a nice touch. The food is delicious and all the ingredients taste fresh. I’m not sure why there are all the negative reviews for this location but maybe it’s a different experience for those who physically go to the store rather then order online. Personally though I recommend this subway.

This place makes a nice sub 33% of the time. 2/3 times the sandwich is made diagonally down the bun (which gives you a big messy glob of stuff for one bite, and then bland nothing but bread the next), they only put the smallest amount of ingredients leaving you to ask "can I have more cucumber please?".... "yes, thank you. Even more" .... "yup even a bit more than that" .... sigh... I just unwrapped my sub and have found that the bottom bun has been broken into 3 different pieces... I thought these were supposed to be fresh! It's like croutons in my wrapper. Why do I keep going here?!?!! Because 33% of the time you have a chance to have a decent sub. Bottom line, if you can make it to the subway on Southland and Macleod, go to that one instead.

I'm usually super chill when it comes to customer service (I work in food service, I know the job's torturous) but God the person who served us tonight was rude as all hell. Asked whether we could substitute the crispy chicken with another in a bowl (gluten sensitivity) the response was no. That was it. No other options, no suggestions, just 'no'. So we left. Anyway, I hate coming across as belligerent but I'm pretty astonished at this. The only thing I can think is that management can't keep decent staff, which makes me worry about the food. It's so stupid expensive now anyway, so I can't be bothered.

Can you please explain to me why skip/door dash orders are prioritized over the customers standing in your store waiting?! I waited for 10 min while she made 3 or 4 skip orders instead of helping the customers standing right in front of her. Maybe lets prioritize the people waiting in the store over making orders to sit on the side to get cold when the drivers are nowhere to be seen anyways! Service has been pretty spotty lately but this will definitely deter me from ever returning. -∞/5

The food was made well and quickly. They did NOT skimp on toppings and they were friendly while making the sub. I was pleased that they automatically provided 2 packs of soda crackers with the Cream of Chicken Soup. Some other locations you have to request them. There is parking on the West side of the building where the alley is if you cannot park in the front of the business. That comes in handy during peak times. I noticed that the staff clean consistently when someone is done eating. All good here.

Almost always inattentive to customers coming into the store, very slow and sloppy at making sandwiches, and are generally impolite. What made me make this review was that they refused to let me put my (several thousand dollar) bicycle in a place that I could keep an eye on it and refused to serve me. I do not suggest ever going to this restaurant, I would pick either the deli around the corner or the sub-par Dairy Queen on the other side.

I order a sub to go at the deli counter. Then pay for my sub.I ask for a bag to take home and the attendant goes 10c for the bag. This is a cheap paper bag. The owner has lost their mind. Include the bag in the cost of the price.If a mistake is made and the customer is not asked if they want a bag at checkout do not suggest I debit 10c. Madness pure price gouging the customer.

Staff was great with greeting and serving customers. The one thing I like to express is to store the breads another way to provide them from getting to dry. Another than that everything was great.

We ordered from Subway Heritage with Uber Eats, when my son bit into his sandwich a small U shaped piece of metal fell out. I contacted the store to ask for an email address for a manager or owner and was given an email address that does not exist. I will not eat or order from here again.

I've never had a bad experience here until today. I was just eating my sandwich when I found a piece of plastic inside. And my veggies were also very limp. I understand that there is a new trainee and I know that starting out is difficult so I can forgive the veggies but the plastic is a line you don't cross especially in the food industry. I'm just disappointed

Out of Italian bread and one flavor to choose from on the pop machine to add to the Pepsi. I told the lady 3 times ham and cheese. I would think that Italian bread is one of the more popular breads and that should be readily available and pop flavors aren't that hard to add to the machine.

My wife has order 2 footlong this noon in here. (Maybe 11:45?) I have arrived in there before order time, but, the woman was very kind and gentle to me, also check my orders very carefully. Thank you for your good service and I'll be there again. I'm very satisfied my good Footlong.

There is far to much background noise to hear and understand their staff. Also, servers serving a child should talk to the child who is telling them what they want. I personally find the automated drink machine where everything comes out the same spout disgusting but that's just me.

Service was very slow and they screwed up my sub leaving the bread broken and the meat and veggies spilling out. This left it hard to eat and very messy. Usually have good experiences at subway but this was an unexpected inconvenience.

One of the ladies forgot my sub on an order we had placed but made the effort to call me and let me know that my sub would not be coming. Took my info and honored the mistake at my convenience. Very happy

I had poor service at this Subway. They tryed to ripped my family, and I off. They had deal my buy any sandwich and get a second one for free.we bought 3 sandwiches. We should have got 2 free subs.

I have stopped going into this Subway mainly because of the poor customer service. The girls there are all unsmiling and unfriendly. I feel like I am imposing on them. Sandwiches are average.

Decent subway as far as subways go. Just wish they would pay more attention to amount requested (ex. very little/extra) when making the sandwich, but overall good store with friendly staff :)

Haven't had a Subway sub in a long time and decided to give them another try. I don't know how they can charge close to $7 for a sandwich that has alomst no meat in it. Gross!

I go for lunch here regularly. It's just a Subway. There's nothing overly excellent or terrible about it. It's exactly what you expect.

Horrible. Messed up the order, had to wait 20 minutes and no apology, blames on the system. Will never go to this location again.

Decent toast on the bread, could have been toasted a little longer tho. Overall, not the worst subway. I would go back.

Great for quick breakfast on the go! Open early and a breakfast sandwich with a coffee is super cheap and delicious.
