I work in the WEM and I almost visit 2-3 days a week on this store but after yesterday’s experience, I will never go back to that store and I will make sure no one from my store will go there.. So we ordered through mobile app and when we got there a young filipino guy was making our order and he was literally throwing veggies on the sandwich, normally I will ignore that but there was another customer who was ordering there, that young worker was doing same thing, when that guy complained about it, this young guy was just smirking and muttering something in his mouth, like a very mean person. This is so bad for customer service, If I could I would give 0 stars to them. Please check on this.

Usually this one is OK. Today the employee asked me if I wanted the sandwich heated up. And then she asked me again, do you want it warmed up. And then again, she asked if I wanted it warmed up. I said no, and you asked me three times, I said no. The other employee came over and told me I was being rude. I was not being rude in any way, or yelling, or speaking with any attitude. I said you asked me three times already if I wanted it warmed up. I do not want it warmed up I am never rude to retail workers or food service workers as I work in retail myself. I'm not sure why they did this, maybe having a bad day or just tired of working fast food so I just left it alone. I don't want to go back to this location.

The service at Subway deserves a standing ovation. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. They patiently guided me through the ordering process, making helpful suggestions along the way. Such a rude staff ever experienced. Especially, girl wearing locket named Neema, she is the rudest person you will ever meet. Went there twice we said hello she did not even reply, made faces, making us to feel burden over her. Never gonna come back and do not recommend to any one.

They're not shy to ask you if you want any extra bacon or meat or cheese that you pay extra (upsell $$ technique), but it would be nice if they gave you the correct amount of meat in the 1st place!! Instead of giving me half a scoope of meat and then asking me if I want more at extra cost!

The lady making my sandwich wasn’t nice at all. when i asked for a cup of sauce she put a tiny amount and rolled her eyes. There was no need for this attitude when I come here just to get a sandwich. And at the end the machine asks for tips?? For this poor minimal service and attitude?

I didn’t mind my experience at this subway. I just wish they toasted the bread a bit better. I will ask next time :)
