The lady put her sign up "be back in 5 minutes".. Not only was she gone for at LEAST half an hour. She had 5 loyal customers sit and wait. Ontop of that, she wouldnt serve me a coupon I was emailed for a free 6 inch sub, since it was expired for one day. Normally I wouldnt make this such a big deal, but Ive been homeless for the last three days (I finally decided to leave my abusive relationship), and I havent ate a single bite in the last two. I felt so insulted, that this lady had the audacity to turn me down, even when she was taking 30 minute breaks for however may times in her shift.

Me and my mother went there after reciveing her sub was soggy and not edable we asked the girl politely for a new sub or a refunded she proceeded to yell at us and say we always do that and that we are bad customers. We went back today to give subway a second chance same lady very rudely told us we are not allowed to order and that we are not welcome back to Westmount subway.

I will never order the tea again! Was on my last few sips of tea when I got a huge slime ball inside my mouth, I pulled it out and started gagging when I realized it was slime!!! Clearly the machines are not properly cleaned. This was ordered an hour before closing time. Very unimpressed and discusted. No complaints about the sub, was fresh and delicious as usual.

Ordered an italian BMT sub using the app today for the first time. This is my usual that I've been ordering for over a decade. But today, it was honestly the best sub I've ever had. It was PACKED with veggies. The veggies were very fresh. They were crunchy and delicious. It was just the perfect sandwich. Thank you Subway for giving me the best lunch today.

I use to love getting a sub. I would only choose subway. I have to say, Subway is not what it use to be. My favorite sub is Turkey. I could always count on subway for actually having Turkey that was not weird processed meat. Well to my disappointment, That has changed!!. So in my opinion, Another one bites the dust. Shame on you Subway!!!.

This store is close to Walmart this is why I went . It was very clean . Staff neatly dressed and professional. Service was excellent. I had a meat ball sub . I don't know what was wrong or was it just me. But I lived in the washroom that evening . Sorry I don't like to leave negative feedback. But I'm also honest about my feedback .

The food was delicious ,but I had a hell of a time trying to download the app and use the buy one sub get the second one free. I couldn't get the voucher, so I paid for one sub ,I felt bad b/c she was after making 2 subs,,I was hoping the voucher would have worked b/c they e-mailed it to me

Typical subway. Employee on July 25 street 2021 afternoon was very professional and helpful. Nice sandwiches. Lots of sitting area in the mall. Subway is take out only, infact all the eating area shops are takeout with common sitting area. Not that busy.

Not overly impressed by the quality of vegetables. I had to ask the person making my sub to please remove the frozen cucumbers and put nice ones on. Also disappointed that they are stingy with the veg when I ordered a veggie sub.

Now that Westmount is gone, love going ther. Thers a sense of peace other then others provide. Great variety of store to choose from, excellent place

Pretty decent location; been going here for over 5 years and I've never had an issue with the staff, the quality of my subs or the time it takes to make them. Stop by if you want good service!

Gave us almost no lettuce had to ask 3 times for more. Tough experience. The lady serving was rude didnt smile and was super impatient. Not a great experience

Food is as expected, staff is quite abrupt. Must be the location but staff is not very friendly at all. Being nice is a choice...right?

Owner is very diligent and respectful. She cares about her customers' satisfaction and hires good staff who she trains well.

These guys were great!! Extra care was taken with my allergies. My sandwich was a masterpiece indeed. Well done artists!
