Ordered the footlong online and had the same issue as a previous order. I really should have checked reviews. I was missing a couple of ingredients and had the completely wrong bread which left everything I ordered soggy and one of the ingredients I ordered on my sandwich cost me extra. The gentleman working the line was extremely slow and the lady working the line was moving quickly but not doing much. Half of the customers besides myself looked exasperated as ingredients were either piled on slowly or missing completely. She went back a couple of times as I waited for my pre prepped order to get a gentleman the correct cheese, but berated the other gentlemen about an online order. And lastly, if you're in food prep, do everyone the courtesy of wearing a mask, especially if you need to suck back every few moments I don't know why I keep giving Subway a chance because this is the third location that has let me down severely. Your franchises are lacking in service what you pay for in promo, especially in upcoming areas.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is so dirty and nasty. Everything from the door to oven they use to cook their sandwiches is covered in gunk and food. The woman that works there took over 5 minutes just to even greet me when I walked in even though I was the only customer there. She cross contaminated everything when making my order and she lied about the coupon I brought in. She said it didn’t qualify for the sandwich I wanted but it does, you just need to pay for any add ons which I would be fine with. But she seemed to get a jolly from telling people they can’t use their coupons they bring in from the other reviews I’ve read about this location. Will never go back to this location until corporate comes in and hires all new staff.

The sandwich that are made are fresh. Buns are baked fresh daily, ingredients used are fresh and replaced daily. There are many items to choose from to accommodate many different appetites. You can have your buns toasted, there are soups also that you can try. There are combo deals where you can have a sandwich chips and drinks for additional price. The restaurant was very busy and small. The staff were friendly and helpful,. The restaurant itself and general was clean and orderly. Bathrooms were clean and easy accessible. The subway is in a complex but other shops. Parking may be a little hard at times depending on what time you go to eat. The restaurant is located in the hospital District and might be a little challenging to spot from off the road.

I think you may have a dead dog in front of the store any day now if your staff keeps this up. I went to smoothie king next door this morning around 1030 and there was a dog outside the store. I came back at 230 to the subway and the dog is still outside but this time he’s barking and painting uncontrollably because he’s hot! It’s 106 degrees outside. I went inside and got a sandwich and I asked the guy making the sandwiches with the wig on who’s dog is that and he said our dog. It’s wayyyyy to hot to have a dog outside all day.

First I want to say this review does not reflect on all of my experiences at this location for the most part the customer service here has been above and beyond great ... In my experience However the reason I'm knocking 2 stars is because of a single employee and her horrible blatantly rude unprofessional approach and lack of customer service skills not to mention her confrontational attitude ... A black lady who didn't give me her name ... As of 2pm 10/20/21 this lady single handedly has made me swear off subway for good Rebecca ... The name she gave me as her area manager... You might want to consider hiring someone who won't chase off your customers

I just left there had placed an order online said it will be ready at 8:pm I get there at 8:02 only 1 employee then he says he didn't get my order. But they already charged my card for the order so now I'm mad bad enough this was the only close one. So I had to make a whole new order forgot my coupons that was my fault but he was rude as ever only 1 employee then act like he couldn't comprehend what I was saying the spinach was oh so horrible and I only eat they tuna subs I was highly dissatisfied but it was already late and my kids needed to eat before bed....... I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE NEVER

5/9/23 Young lady with the blond braids is LAZY and lacks customer service skills. If your sitting doing nothing why couldn’t you give service to a paying customer ??Who runs out of cookies early in the day several hours before closing and refuse to make any more cookies that only take 11 mins to bake?? There wasn’t any customers in the store and your not busy. I would of understood better had they been completely out with nothing to make or busy. This Fort Worth subway is a bad location on rosedale and Hemphill, employees seem to be very unprofessional and lazy here. I will not be back.

I was the only person in the restaurant. The employee came from the back and didnt say a word. Very grumpy. I asked her how she was doing and she barked, 'fine'. I know its 'fast food' but the attitude should have been more welcoming. Paid almost $7 for a 6" egg and cheese only sammie and drink. So not worth the price. The restaurant was clean. A guy came in and she barked at him to sit in a booth. Later she was interviewing him and when an employee showed up with their child she started talking to the child. There shift change guys were fighting who was getting off and no vegetable prep. I had to get a sandwich with no onions or tomatoes with wilted lettuce. Total chaos within that location. There was a couple young men that tried to remedy but were told to clock out. If the owner wants to know why he is losing money text me and I can explain customer service to them. They had only one bread and supposedly everything else was proofing. This was at lunchtime. How are they at slow times. Never ever eat here unless it's free!!

No tomatoes - no big deal right. No Coke, no diet Coke, no anything except sprite and water. Would have been nice to know before I wasted my money. It's Subway, ho do you not have soda? And then when I ask, you act like it's no big deal and I should just cope. I rarely if ever leave a bad review, but this experience was horrible. Subway is average enough on its' own, but the to take basic expected items without regard for the customer is unacceptable. I should have just stuck with Jimmy Johns.

No no don’t recommend went to go get subway rn then the lady with the african American ew no they did use gloves but the lady wasn’t using the thing that will make ur hair not fall off which is the plastic bags and 2 pieces of her hair off in my 6 inch ew no never ever don’t recommend it and they kept laughing and was not doing my sandwich and then the guy behind me went first like how and i spent 20 mins in the subway never recommended

Two big guys at the front are always in a horrible mood. They don't greet you when you walk in, let alone crack a smile. Absolutely horrible customer service. I once heard one of the guys be extremely rude and unhelpful to an older gentleman that was unfamiliar with the menu. His job is to assist the customers. The food is fine and I work nearby so I find it easy to go there, just wish management would better train their employees.

I could not use the men's restroom "privately" because there was NO doorknob (just a hole). My girlfriend could not use the women's restroom because it was locked, and they didn't have the key!!!! My "hot" steak and cheese was COLD (not exaggerating). However, the employee making my sandwich was very nice. There appears to be a LOT of homeless activity in that area. I can only imagine what he has to deal with daily at work!

I’m in Fort Worth, TX visiting with my fiancé. This was the closest Subway near our hotel. The customer service wasn’t the best. The employee wasn’t welcoming or very friendly. This restaurant didn’t have any tomatoes or avocados. I’m a vegan so these are vital nutrients I need for my diet. Honestly, this wasn’t the best Subway trip for me. Bad customer service and running out of food too. Don’t go to this Subway!

Typical Subway, pretty clean. My sandwich "artist" was kind enough to do me a favor when I asked him politely to change his gloves after the oven timer went off and he moved away from my sandwich, removed breads and trays and put his hands back on my sandwich.. I asked him kindly and he obliged with a "yes sir".... No attitude at all (hard to get that these days). I'll come back here to eat.

One the worst subways I’ve ever been to. The worker was the rudest person I’ve worked with. I used to work a Subway, and she tells me they left her alone in a store and she can’t ring up coupons because she doesn’t want to take my order. She threw the previous lady’s change on the counter. I hope you talk with her as she lost one customer from here today, I hope there isn’t more.

Online ordered some footlongs. Came here to know their toaster is not working. So the lady rudely tells me she can't make anymore and talks bad about the manager, to me, a customer. I asked her for refund and she said me to go to another subway or come next morning to see Marcus, the manager. I am not from here, its crazy idk what to do.

Just bought 5 subs online and all 5 where wrong. Wrong bread, asked for toasted and not toasted, missing veggies. I keep calling location and phone is off the hook. Worst location to go too, I live in Arlington so it’s very upsetting that I make it all the way home to wrong sandwiches. If I could give no stars I would.

Not the best experience today. This store only has 3 breads to choose from. Has there been a change? There were no fresh cookies. Dr Pepper was out. Not sure if a delivery was not made to the store or mgmt was not on top of things today.

They were out of Turkey. I asked to use ham instead. I was told they would have to charge me for double meat if subbed ham. So I basically can't order the sandwich I want without paying extra. I would have ended up with a regular portion of meat... Why would I pay for double?

They may move fast but the quality it very poor. The girls behind the counter making the subs had long hair that kept getting in people's subs. The drink machine had multiple drink dispensers that are broken and all tables are filthy. If you can... avoid this Subway!

I ordered a 6" turkey on whole wheat with cheese and veggies plus a large drink. I paid over $10 for this meal. What I got was rye bread and barely anything on it. The diet coke tasted awful. Had to pour it out and add my own can diet coke.
