RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I visited this location yesterday and was greeted by a rude young lady , didn't catch her name but you'll recognize her once you go. First thing she asked me was wheat, white or whole grain after i told her which subs i wanted, so i asked her were those 3 the only options because i normally get italian herbs and cheese she rudely cut me off by responding " yup " .. later down the line i was on the phone telling them that they didn't have american cheese and she interrupted my convo insisting that they did, even though i could clearly see the container which normally help YELLOW AMERICAN CHEDDAR was empty so when she started putting on white cheese i asked multiple times if they had the yellow american cheddar that i was speaking of and she said they had shredded cheese.... lmao i know what shredded cheese is, this is not what i asked for i told her to put it back and that i'd just get pepper jack... she was being rude and subliminal the entire time and as a customer i won't be returning , no cheese , no bread . i wonder what else they didn't have, safe yourself the trouble and go to another subway

This subway and the owner are horrible. I stopped coming to this one years ago and decided to give it another try since it's in my neighborhood. Now I know why I stopped coming here. They have not gotten my last two app orders correct. They first time I was like no big deal they just left off the banana peppers but the second time I was like this is ridiculous. They don't know the meaning of "less", meaning not as much not NONE otherwise I would have omitted it altogether. I believe in getting what I paid for. When brought to the owners attention instead of apologizing and correcting it he stated he made the sandwich and they "followed the rules". What rules?! You're the "owner"! This is the worst Subway sandwich I have EVER had. One young lady that use to work here made the sandwiches great. The new girl not so much. If you want what you pay for and a good sandwich, DO NOT come to this location!!

Online service Or in person order is the same I placed my order online at 7:20PM states that the order would be ready by 7:40PM I Show up at 7:55PM the order has not even been made or started …. The people ordering in person are getting their orders first before the people that placed an online order 4 people are currently waiting on there Online orders and nothing has been made. The girls are working on too many orders they would really need the extra help since it is a busy location. Ordered 3 subs online for pick up from the Subway located at 6316 Meadowbrook Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76112 several times over the last month. 12/01/2020 06:10 PM 11/05/2020 05:00 PM 10/31/2020 05:40 PM On 10/31 - all 3 subs were 100% correct. On 11/5 - 2 subs were correct, one sub was 100% wrong. Ordered lettuce, tomato, olives, American cheese, onions and banana peppers. Received spinach, jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and pickles. On 12/1 - all 3 subs were made with the wrong bread. And one sub was missing cheese, lettuce and tomato.

I ordered a turkey sub with bacon. They forgot my bacon but I went home. Came back a hour later because they refuse to answer their phone. They refuse to give me a refund on the bacon because they said I had to bring the sandwich. I had pictures but the person ate the sandwich because it was dinner time. The employee was so rude. I will never go back to this location but trust me, this is not the last they heard of me.

Don't come here to eat they don't provide a restroom for their customers! I went in to grab a quick bite but wanted to use the restroom 1st and it had a sign on the door that said out of order. I than asked the manger if there bathroom indeed was not working and she replied ''yes''. Like... Really? Sorry but I'm not going to sit and eat if you all won't even let me use the bathroom. Plus manger was rude and the other employee had her 3 children sitting in the booth eating McDonald's! Very unprofessional. . . .

I always have the worst experience here! One of the girls that works here is very rude and unprofessional everytime I come came I hope she won’t be serving us because of how sloppy she makes sandwiches also I just ordered online and they got both of the sandwiches completely wrong seems like that out the whole container of jalapeños in my husband’s sandwich! If I hadn’t drove all the way home I would have told them give me my money back

Anna (pronounced Awh-na) was very kind and attentive while making my sub. They recommended their new s'mores cookie and it was really decadent. If you don't like a strong chocolate flavor or too much sweetness, I would recommend getting something different. I had a great time coming to this location and I'll definitely be coming back again.

Ordered the Italian sandwich and the Philly Steak sandwich. The sandwiches only had very thin layers of meats and vegetables. The Philly steak sandwich was a flat, dry mess with a tiny bit of beef strings that didn't even cover the bread. I will never order their sandwiches again. The price was much to high for the product I received.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here the only reason I didn't give them a five stars because there was a Subway at Lowe's and all their vegetables are so crisp and fresh looking it looks like they literally just cut all that stuff every time I come in there and it doesn't matter if it's 2:00 in the morning or the afternoon

There is a kid working here who has issues and he was making my sandwich the franchise owner was a little impatient, not rude, but took over for him. I didn't like that I was perfectly happy to wait. I've seen a lot more capable people do a lot less. I would hate for him to get discouraged cause I don't even know him and I'm proud him for getting out and wanting earn a living.

Visited today with a large order for everyone at the office. The gentlemen behind the counter took it in stride, and got my order of 12 different footlong subs done quickly and correctly. Very courteous guys! Store was clean, and ingredients were full and ready for orders. Very happy with today's visit. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next pick up lunch day.

If I could put less than a 1 star I'll do. I went there yesterday to get my lunch and there's a black guy with a tall hair was making my sandwich. He start playing with his hair and when I seen him doing that I asked him to change his gloves he got offended and start being rude and act like he can't hear me so well. I go to that place all the time but never again!!!

The service here was great! The staff was friendly and even often suggestions for my sandwich(because I asked). I love food and will try almost anything. So that was a plus for me. I didnt take a picture, cause I was hungry. But I got a spicy Italian, the staff suggested I try it with salt/pepper, vinegar&oil and parmesan cheese. It was delicious!

The employee doesn't have gud customers service skills nd talks bout customers and get upset when the customer is upset for them putting there food on the counter instead of the paper they suppose to use bathroom was blocked and smelles like something was burning inside

Food was good. One "sandwich artist" in particular made it seem like they were trying to shuffle everyone out the door without really making sure people were satisfied with what they were getting. The only reason I'm giving a third star here is because the trainee had a look on her face that screamed "GET ME OUT OF HERE". My sentiments exactly.

..did not deliver 2x drinks..when i called the store, they dumped it on DoorDash (who didn't answer my call attempts)..so i called the store back & they basically flipped me off (including a literal S-bomb) & would take no action to satisfy a customer.. ..S-bomb service..i think i'll pick up my future Subway orders IN A DIFFERENT CITY..

How are you gonna charge me $2 for a cup of sink water? I understand if you had to charge .50 cents for the cup itself, but to not give me an option and are gonna charge me for a fountain drink when I just need water is probably the cheapest BS I've ever seen. Can't wait to tell corporate. What a joke.

Gave this place a try 3 times b4 rating it. All 3 times I did app orders. Sandwiches were never ready on arrival. Never prepared like instructions stated. Workers were not in uniform using profane language with loud rap music playing. Complaining about how customers wanted there orders prepared.

Food was but wasn't happy when the manager said don't forget to charge her for double meat ( I asked about the price ) but didn't get extra meat.....he should've ask her if I got double meat instead of just telling her to charge me for it …

This subways shure serves food but doesnt allow customers to use their bathroom. I can understand if you arent their client but if you serve me food, how could you not allow me to use your bathroom. If anyone knows the owners information please share with me

They consistently don't have food ready on time, even when app says it's ready. It's happened to me twice where they didn't start making my sandwiches until I arrived. And to top it off, they've mixed up my orders. Pretty poor service.

I had the worst customer service. The lady making the sandwich had an attitude. She was fussing at someone else in the restaurant. She didn’t make our sandwiches correctly. The turkey meat was old. We will not be coming back again

I went at 7am to purchase my early lunch meal of tuna melt on multigrain oat bread. The young was helpful and pleasant. She gave me very courteous service. The store was well stocked with plenty of fresh vegetables to choose from.

6 Jan 2022. Meatball sub contained meatballs that were almost rock hard. Unable to chew or bite. They were scorched and dry. Must have been heating in the bottom for days or weeks. Unsanitary, potentially unhealthy or dangerous.

Couldn't get enough pickles on my sandwich because they only had one bucket left and they had to save some just in case... Won't be going back....

The people were nice, but they have the bathrooms closed. There is one thing that all sides agree helps the spread of Covid 19 and that is washing your hands. Why on earth would you close the bathroom due to covid 19?

There was no warm welcome.... no welcome to Subway and the manager was standing right there, she looked right thru me..... at me and then thru me.

This Subway is consistently out of something. I come in once a month a they never have bread. Somewhat weird for a Subway to be out of bread

The sign in window & on website says opens at 7am. I get there at 7:55 on 6/25/16 & the door is locked & I am told 5 more minutes. Wth?
