Another disgusted customer, but some Subways are better than others... I have repeatedly asked for gluten free bread they can order from their supplier. I understand they will not do it. So I asked Mike at the counter for scoops of tuna. Most Subways do this for me and place the to go scoops in a container. Never a problem, except here. I do not complain to Subway because in the past they do nothing. So, I recommend McDonald's right there only a few feet away. I do highly recommend the Pilot Travel Center here too. I will try another Subway. Thanks Mike.

This is my second bad experience with subway. DO NOT EAT THERE! This guy made my sandwich... came in from out doors sweating... dropped my food on the floor twice and had to remake it. He dropped some of the spinach and chicken the third time and thought I didn't see it, then had the nerve to put it on my sandwich. Then asked if I wanted a free cookie... The only reason I gave it a star is because you need it to do a rating. Highly upset. I couldn't get his name but he was a tall slim white guy with long hair. Seemed to be either high or delusional. Hope the manager sees this.

Went to get a salad and the lady behind the counter said that the chopper needed washing before she could make my salad and asked if I could wait a minute. I said ok and proceeded to wait. She ran to the back for a second and didn't come back with the choppers but instead helped the next guy in line. I've served in fast food before and that's a little rude to me. Then when the other guy was done, she reached under the counter and grabbed the supposedly dirty chopper and asked me what salad I wanted.

I've never seen a nicer and calm person working at Subway around the country than Natalie. I could feel she cares about customers and talks in a pleasant way with no rush. I would return anytime to order more food only because of her polite and classy attitude. A really pleasant person.

Very bad Behavior from subway employe 8:20 pm 3/3/2021 the white blonde hair big girl throwing fingers at other customer and got mad and threw away a sandwich which she heard wrong didn't gave the patien to wait and redo kept complaining about the store was giving to her dirty and mention nasty stuff also people waited patiently because she didn't have bread but yet they took what's available

Not even 10p.m and there closed,also find it funny the pilot staff walks back there and makes themselfs a sandwich when there closed...just calling corporate and seeing what needs or can be done with this issue..

I went in and asked for a chicken terribly salad the girl rudely said I throw it in a bowl but I bbn wont chop it. I asked why she the went on to say no subway chops salads anymore which I have knownisnt true cause I just got a salad from another subway and they chopped it. Truckers trying to eat healthy and restaurants employees dont want to do their job. This place is awful

Took 15 minutes for someone to finally come from the back and they do not freshly slice anything. Was told by the employee that they dont even have room up front for the slicer and don't have the staff to freshly slice. Absolutely horrible

I always order a spinach salad with Avocado and tuna ! That is my favorite ! So this subway was so clean and amber was so nice I came in the morning and I see how everything is clean and ready to go and fresh ! This salad made my day and it was so tasty ! Thank you team that mean a lot to me! Recommend.

The food was fine and the service was fine. I was disappointed that this location (bc its inside Pilot?) does not have the same deals as other Subway locations. They also do not use the rewards program through the Subway app. There are other locations nearby and close to home. I will go there instead.

The subway was not professional you had this one Latin girl there nice but had a attitude with me when i asked her why don't you have a hat or net or bandana on for safety of the customer i told pilot manager still nothing happened gross as hell we left all 5 of us and went to Love's

There was only one person working. She acknowledged all customers immediately, multi-tasked incredibly, and was fast and courteous! Extremely excellent customer service, which is extremely rare these days! That woman deserves recognition and a raise/bonus!

Good food, Ingredients usually fresh. Service is usually fast and friendly, never too busy. The pricing is fair and there's a reasonable amount of variety on the menu. Clean bathrooms too. I don't really come often, but it seems consistent.

it’s definitely not 24hours… wasted my time going late night. there was just a piece of paper on the counter that said “closed” very disappointing. luckily the mcdonald’s was open.

I've tried twice today to purchase a sub from subway but the they keep opening, closing and taking thirty minute breaks. Very inconvenient and inconsistent restaurant.

The subway is inside the Pilot. It's decent but not better or worse than any other subway you'll go to. Definitely better than the McDonalds as far as food options go.

Without a doubt the worst Subway I've been to. Service was fine, but the sandwich was all bread. VERY stingy with ingredients, especially with the meats.

Google says this site is open 24/7. I came here and waited from 11:05 pm to 11:17pm and even called. When a lady finally answered, she was very rude.
