Standard Subway food, increased mall food court prices. It's really not worth it, but the convenience is nice if you forget to pack a lunch and work downtown. The workers (at least the nice woman who seems to always have the opening shift and one or two others) all seem to enjoy their job, which lends itself to a much better atmosphere than the angry folks next door at Chick-Fil-A. Subway will always be glorified deli meat subs you can make for cheaper at home, but for a quick fix, it does the job. One of the few places in the mall food court that seems to schedule more workers for convention time periods, despite having one of the smaller slots in the food court, so you can get your food faster here than just about anywhere else when conventions are in town.

Unbelievable!!!??? I just got the worst reception and customer services ever. Two girls one serving on the salad bar, and the other on the register. I detected so negative vibes on their faces and attitudes from the first moment I came to reach out to them for my order. They seem they just got finished from an argument before I came to interrupt them with my order. And the result is expected..." messed up order". Wanted double meat, I ended up with a regular portion, lack of sause and couple of frowning faces on side. Didn't correct them cause I was this close to loose my appetite and change my mind. I mean, come on, no need to vent and displace your personal frustration on a walking by customer. I've been to other branches, that's the worst so far.

I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, and they put it in the oven. But later when I ate it the sandwich was cold. Either you didn’t put it in long enough or didn’t really start it. It didn’t seem melted at all. It was the right order though. Just was disappointed it wasn’t toasted and warm.

It's wonderful to see the commitment and teamwork displayed by the employees . They make dining there a delightful occasion every time.I want to express my appreciation for the hardworking employees at Subway, who consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

They don't accept Subway coupons and say their water doesn't work to force you to buy a drink or bottle of water. I used to get lunch here often but this nickel and dime attitude causes me to go elsewhere.

Confused with the 5 star ratings here related to the service as I didn't get the same treatment. Manager was nice, but others not so much. Also beware, if you're planning on using coupons here, they do not accept them at this location

The staff refused to give me the proper amount of pepperjack cheese on the Outlaw sandwich and were extremely rude when I attempted to inquire about it.

Was just there. The gal who waited on me was extremely rude. I told her I have a hearing loss, but she would not repeat anything for me. She mocked me to her fellow employees. The manager will hear from me.

Food was good. The salads are very good. Tell them what you want and tell them to mix salad dressing with your salad. Located next to Ray Skillman Auto, a cross the street from Bob Evans.

Hearty portions, fresh veggies, overall good service with the exception of a couple of ladies. But I can't blame them because working in the mall isn't exactly a dream come true.

They have good employees there, despite the fact that they're a little slow. You seem to care about what they do. So the product is good, just takes a bit to get it.

Good location and quick service, when not busy. Can be a long line when it's lunch time (11:30 am to 12:30 pm).

Service is great. Individuals working there are very kind and respectful. And their produce ids always fresh.
