My fiance, my fiance's mom,and I ordered 4 sandwiches. As soon as we said 4 sandiwiches server Jose C said woow that's not nice for night sift. Then he started being rude by saying hurry up hurry up I need to get done fast. We staid calm and we finished our order. then I asked for spone he said very angry why do you need for? Then he said you not going to get it. You dont have soup so you dont need spone. Then I said please give me a spone he made fun of my accent. I started to recording him then he said your not patient and put your phone done before i break it. Finally he gave us a spone . Then he was looking us angry. I asked for manager name he said he is incharge.Please take care of your customers. We should not go through this.

24 subway, my favorite place to eat after long walk around north park and hill crest. Minus 1 stars for taking the bacon potato off the menu, come on man... they do have restroom but "unstable" sometimes it opens sometimes it's not... Pro tip: if you don't like straw and don't want your teeth ache because of cold fountains drinks, ask for coffee cup and use coffee lid EDIT UPDATES: I restore 1 star back after mar 14 performance. the lady still have a tense aura when she remembers me

The workers are very much engaged in your interests of your wants & they're going above and beyond the guidelines of customers service. The place is located right next to the 805 freeway entrances, as well as exits open 24 hours a day. For it is a very small & is a right on the actual corner of being between the West side of the 805 freeway where the southbound onramp is located as the Chevron station that is located right across the street facing the south part as the Subway is on the Northern end of the part of the bridge before the location of the eastern part of the bridge that has the Northbound onramp. Very nice and simply delicious and convenient.

This Subway, is my favorite Subway to go in all of San Diego, the people that work there, know exactly what I want, every time I go in there because I get the same veggies all the time, no matter what kind of sandwich i get! So they barely need to ask me, and I love that about this Subway! it's very rare that they get to know people on a regular basis since they're packed solid everyday, all day long! I have the subway App on my phone and you get a weekly special text to your phone, alot of buy a footlong and get a footlong FREE! I eat Subway faithfully at minimum of 2wice a week because they're delicious and Healthy too!!

Every time I order on the mobile app here they get my order wrong. I suggest not using mobile orders and instead going in person. Every time I do a survey and let them know the issue I have the manager give me so dumb excuse. For example, my sub was not toasted when I asked for both foot longs to be. I also added avocado and did not receive it. The manager said she checked the cameras and my sub was toasted and I did receive avocado when in fact I didn't. I suggest another subway.

I went to this subway got some deals from the online app the employee there are very lazy they hardly look like they wanna do work our orders were fine it was just the employee that I didn't like I plan to never go to this subway again I've seen people who do there Job yes they can be quiet or calm but when we were eating they kept looking at us and it wasn't comfortable it felt kinda werid I hope this subway can change.

They said you can’t change your mind, so keep in mind if you begin to order than say you actually decided against something just don’t go in, they’ll attempt to hold u hostage til you pay for the food. As if they don’t have to throw away food at the end of the night… Beware to have your mind set or they’ll make a big deal out of it & make you completely uncomfortable. Very odd experience from minimum wage workers.

Super small. Clean. The sandwich was so deflated. It just isn't what it used to be. I just don't like the sandwiches anymore. I only got the 6" and it was $8 and it was a BLT. Super thin sliced bacon and barely any in the sandwich.

Subway is great you can make your own sandwich right there and they give you a free cookie with a meal deal! Remember to eat your sandwich quickly as it will get soggy fast! They have a great soda machine and great teas and drinks. The employees are always nice and i like how they wash their hands in between each customer and then put gloves on.

They never run out of ingredients and do a good job.

Fast, efficient and right off the freeway on/off ramp. You can order to go via postmates and other delivery services. You can stick around and dine in. Multiple varieties of sub sandwhich combination and you can add cup of different soups. and since it's open is open 24 hours, you have breakfast available, too!

Above and beyond. The man who made our sandwiches took his time, made them well, toasted perfectly, and it tasted amazing. I have never had as great of an experience- really setting the expectations high for other subway locations in San Diego. Plus, it's 24 hours- pretty cool in itself. Thanks, Subway!

It's a 24-hr Subway. Definitely the best 24-hr food option within a few miles. They have a bathroom. The new panninis are good, but smaller and not better than the old menu items. I would not recommend them UNLESS you really like that fresh mozzarella. You can't argue with that good, fresh mozzarella.

this was a disappointing lunch for sure. The bread was so stale it literally couldn't even be cut! I usually love subway & their sandwiches but this location in hillcrest had terrible service and unpleasant "sandwhich artists"

Don't order on the app, I ordered 30 minutes ahead for curbside. I got the and the app said the sandwiches were ready, but no directions as to how to let them know that I was there. I went in and they had not received the order. It arrived as they finished the sandwiches for me.

Imagine that u r middle at night and starving and driving well check it up Google it and if you passed it came back , turn around get your sandwich they serve you fast and keep driving

I was told to only come earlier in the day because a server felt the need to tell me how he hates making my food spoke with the manager and was told to come before evening unfortunately I can’t go on there time I’ll never eat at this location again

Normally love this place however last experience theyade me wrong sandwich and since it was ordered via the app and done before I got there I was able to supervise the making of it. So out of last 10 trips 8 were AWESOME 5 ⭐ but 2 were no bueno

Location is refusing to honor a promotion with Uber that corporate demands they accept. Will be filing formal complaint with corporate in the morning. I also eat here about 4 times a week, which will be reduced to 0 times a week moving forward.

Surprisingly, that we found a 24 Subway store in one block after get out the freeway 805-North Exit University! Especially when we were so hungry! A young man fixed our sandwich....incredibly well! Tnx so much Subway Sandwiches store and more!

This was the worst subway that I have ever been to. The workers were miserable and gave us attitude. I ordered a foot long which was alright, but the soup was terrible. I got a large coke and it was bad. Will never come back to this location.

Had a late night craving after work, one of few that are open all night. One of the workers informed me that they have flat breads and I will definitely be trying one of those next time. Can’t go wrong with a 6”…take that how you want lol

Although the Subway Application was awful since it listed other Subways as the closest Subway when that was not the case; The order was executed on time and the order was made to the Subway standard. Going to come here again.

The restaurant was clean and well kept. My sandwich was very good. The highlight was Martin Mendoza who was polite and very congenial to me. It was a refreshing change from the usual fast food stressful experience.

For a relatively hidden location this is my 1st time visiting this Subway and if there are bad Subways then this isn't one of them. Clean, friendly and efficient employees and got my order right. Two thumbs up!

For some reason this Subway is a little cheaper than the others in North Park. I like this one because it’s usually clean and the people here are pretty nice. Need a quick bite to eat this is the place.

This place is the worse the costumer order the cookie when I picked the order they told me called the costumer we didn't have cookies and I tell you need have to call no me and they canceled it ordered

You have great sandwiches here I ordered jalapeno bread with roast beef and everything on it except onions and chipotle sauce and a broccoli soup some chips and a drink it was great it was delicious

This place doesn't believe in vaccine. Kicked out for being vaccinated. Either they didn't get the memo or they don't believe in vaccines. Either way steer clear.

The place is clean, the people are friendly and attentive, The employees were SO nice and suggested double meat, and they got order just right!

Originally went into this 24 hour Subway at 2am to use the bathroom but decided to buy cookies after the fact. The cookies are delicious.

The sandwich was made well but when i ask for it toasted, i shouldnt recieve it still ice cold... even when i watched them "toast" it...

I had a coupon from them earlier so you know I had to use it. Plus I used the text app so now I’m getting coupons straight to my phone.

Theres another location much closer to me but i know the extra miles are worth it, also the toaster here always works and thats magic.
