If I could put a negative I would. This is the second time in the last month that I have gone to this location and had the exact experience with the same employee. The little old hispanic lady that works here should NOT. I really enjoy subway sandwiches however I will never return to this location. I made an order on the app and waited a good 20 minutes to go pick it up to ensure they had enough time to get to it i completely understand it gets busy. I show up and she said oh ya i meant to call you i am out of a certain meat so i just put bacon instead they are in the oven now. Well that one was not supposed to be toasted and she did remake it not toasted and instead of actually reading the order that i put in already (the whole point of ordering ahead) I had to read everything off to her and i told her all i want on that is mayo and she poured a bunch of something else on it. Im standing there like really i legit just said mayo. Well there we go again remaking it again all the while my hot sandwich is just sitting there after being toasted getting cold and i asked if she could just pop it back in for a sec and she refused. She was extremely rude so i asked for tye managers number and she got angry abd flustered and yelled at me in front of 6 other guests i dont even know that number and stormed to the back.

I usually love Subway. But I ordered two subs here on 9/29/2023 (receipt pic attached) and have been trying to find time to post a review since. When I got home, my husband & I dug in--only to discover that both our subs had a totally excessive amount of salt inside. It should be noted that right after I placed my order I took a phone call, so I wasn't paying attention to the making of our sandwiches during this visit. I had asked for "a dash of pepper" on these subs, yet they tasted like they were basically *made* of salt. Completely inedible. So after we each took a bite we had to trash the rest. This means we spent $20 just to throw away two 98% complete Subway sandwiches that we really wanted to eat! I should mention that all 3 Subway employees were very friendly & helpful. I also know that to err is human. It was just a very unpleasant waste of both money & food.

PURPOSELY DOESNT MAKE MORE BREAD TO GIVE THEMSELVES A BREAK On 9/22/23 evening. Went into this location and was told I couldn't purchase a traditional sub sandwich because they DID NOT have any bread and it was currently baking. Then, when it was done baking, it would have to cool down for 20 minutes. If I wanted to, I can wait. In my opinion, I believe the workers are PURPOSELY not making more bread in between servicing customers so that when bread runs out they have an excuse not to service people, essentially giving themselves at least a 30 minute break. I'm sure if the owners of this subway location found out they are PURPOSELY turning customers away to give themselves an extra break because they are not managing their time and bread baking process well, they would probably be fired. What owner wants its employees to turn away business.

This is normally my go to place to eat for lunch while im at work as i work in the stock yards until today. they lost a loyal customer along with my coworkers. There were 2 errors on my order that both the restaurant and i made and the person working had no idea how to make it right so she involved the manager Christina who refused to help me all the way. All i wanted was a remake even returned my order and she could not be bothered. I explained to her i spend a lot of money there and she could help me out this one time and was told "sorry!" this is very poor customer service on her end, i am appalled and very unsatisfied with her and whats more is she left her only NEW employee working the counter by herself with several customers in line when she left after deciding to refund my money instead of help me.

Love this subway been to north side drive and Wal-Mart and its nothing like this one this is my favorite subway to go to the employees are always friendly and out going they make the place feel like home even when its decorated like they decorate there home. Maria and Ashley served me they are the most wonderful ladies and always so sweet love seeing them if i walk in and there not there i leave this is the number one subway for me. If i was to own a subway i would take them with me. Those two ladies are whay keep that store going if you was to remove them the store would probably go out of buisness i go everyday and get the same thing and i dont even have to tell them what i want they already know

The girl taking my order was extremely rude and made a disgusting face when I told her what I wanted because “she doesn’t eat that” then she started singing which was creepy in itself cause she sucks so bad. She got mad when my husband told her that he wanted his bacon reheated. There’s usually a really nice man that takes my order but he wasn’t there so I had to deal with your extremely rude cashier. If she doesn’t like her job or she’s unhappy then maybe she shouldn’t be working there...

a couple of specific workers barley put any meat on the sandwiches , a couple of workers have been very welcoming and great attitude but one lady’s attitude wasn’t very nice and she didn’t listen to what i wanted.. one half of the sandwich had more meat and placed all in one spot so the rest was all bread and that was the half that was for my child .. this location has always struggled on service and quality except for a couple of times i was satisfied

We showed up 30 minutes to closing time and they only had 4 loafs of bread, had already put away the meatballs and other things I wanted. Oh and the toaster was broken..... just don't go at the end of day. The sandwiches were okay but not what I wanted.

I had a horrible experience here. I'm new to fort worth and LOVE subway and this is the nearest one by my house. There was an employee Kota by what it said on the name tag and was terribly rude, and had no people skills and was very unwelcoming. I use to work in fast food but I know whatever day I was having it wasnt the customers fault. I hope that it was a one time thing and I dont continue having the same problem.

Not very nice had me leave because they said I wasn't a customer ,it was very hot outside I asked for a glass of water had I been a food handler would been something else no washing of hands before making a sandwich yuck I definitely will not be back floor dirty flys on wall yeah not a customer I was trying to chill out fer a bit since so hot out I had money to buy a sandwich but I want to see how things went .nah!

They did a really awesome job on making the sandwiches. They called to let me know they was out of things and went above and beyond to do replacements for me and my husband. I love this subway

I hope the owner reads this. Last night I wanted a sub, when I got to the restaurant the open sign was off, and the employees inside did not look happy to see me either so I kept driving. Just letting you know why I took my business elsewhere, and will probably continue to do so. Oh, and this was around 8-8:45 PM, so your business should have been opened. This took place 12/4/18

The heavy guy with curly hair (employee) was so rude and terrible. I Used to buy a couple sandwiches from this location everytime twice a week, but never gonna come back here again. Very bad service and rudest person ever met. No one should come at this subway location unless wanna get insulted.

I was completely ignored today while my sub sandwich overcooked in the microwave. The employee had more interest in talking to another customer who was a lawyer. Talking over my sandwich, and continuing to have a conversation until I said never mind you are ignoring me and i walked out. This is the second bad situation at this particular subway

I went in for lunch today and the guy who was on the register was so nice and very cute! I hope he's single because I'm going to be a regular from now on! I mean the guy is so goodlooking I couldn't look away. All I could do was smile and talk about something stupid. I don't even care if the food was bad it wasn't but I want him for dessert!

The man who assisted us was great. We went around 8pm. I didn't get his name but he deserves a raise!! Definitely going back to this location. Customer service was delivered he made us feel welcomed. The place was clean. Great music....it even sounds like I was at a nice restaurant but that's definitely the experience that was given to us

I do not like subway I very seldom go here I have to be extremely hungry and this is the last place on Earth that I would want to eat the Subways used to be good but they have went downhill over the years I used to always buy meatball Subway and at the end the meatballs were burnt and so was the sauce and then this is a big turn-off

Don't bother ordering because they won't make your sub. I ordered and then went twenty minutes later when I was scheduled to be ready for pickup. Checked in on the app for curbside pickup. Ten minutes later I called to make sure they were notified and he informed me that they hadn't even started making my sub. Never again.

The Floors were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for days. I was not greeted , the clerk did not smile frowned the entire time I was attended at the end of the Service did not receive have a good day or a smile nor thanks for stopping by Subway never will I stop by this location again .

This location is the closets to me so I come here often and when I do, the manager is always here. Today I walked in to another employee, super slow service and when I told her what I wanted she didn’t even know what a subway melt had. I had to let her know what ingredients the sandwich has.

service was good, the staff is nice however they need to refresh on the sandwich making skill. If your looking for a taco like sandwich then this is the place for you. the turkey was laid out like a taco instead of a sandwich. the veggie to meat ratio was not there. Rating 2.5

These ppl are good at what they do . Subway is good food and if you have a good sandwich maker subway to me is one of the best sub sandwich places . This place is exactly like every storefront subway you ever been in its extremely clean and the dining room is open

This place is trash and the people working in it is even worse. They all look like they on drugs missing teeth and track marks all over them and then have the nerve not to wash they hands. Subway needs to do better.

Sign says don't touch glass but glass is filthy. Employee putting up cookies and I was on the opposite side of where I should have been ordering and she said "ordering starts down there " still putting cookies up with NO GLOVES ON.
