Ordered for the first time from this location using the same order I do at other locations. They were quick, which was nice. I asked for ‘more pepper’ because most places do 2-3 shakes so by asking for more, it’s just a normal amount of pepper. My sandwich was almost inedible because it tasted like the lid fell off the pepper and it dumped on my sandwich. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. The tomatoes were also scarce and old. Perhaps it’s best to order in person at this location to be sure they can follow the instructions and then you can see if the veggies are fresh.

Pretty disappointed in this place lately, staff used to be great then got switched out for new ones and they’re awful. The last time I came here the young girl that was hired didn’t seem to care in the slightest, had AirPods in having a conversation with somebody else and took multiple instructions to communicate what I wanted because they couldn’t focus and remember what I just asked for. I’d love to hear from the owner on this one as this used to be a good location but now I’d rather drive elsewhere because of the new staff.

Came here again on Saturday two weeks in a row, bought my son a footlong BLT, the staff is a different person this time, but very patient and prepared food well. She asked or remind my son to bring with also plastic bag and the cookies I won with a survey I did for my last purchase. I forgot to write down the code I received from web on the receipt and she said no problem and took time to record that on the receipt. This location is also great for me to come to as it is. Lose to the weekend school my son goes on any weekends.

One staff member on, legally there are supposed to be two. That would have been a higher score, BUT, the staff member lied when we asked if she had given us the 4 for the price of 3. I then asked for the receipt. She then admitted that she hadn't given us the deal. I wasn't the one who had paid so I backed off and let my daughter, who had paid the bill, take over. It took my daughter 10 more minutes to finally get the credit for the last sub. I wouldn't go back and I question going to Subway at all if this is how they behave.

Is the worst subway. All the ladies there do not like their job very much as they stand around and do nothing while you're waiting. Then on top of it they never change their gloves so what's the point on wearing them. And then to top it all off hair on my sub. So a terrible experience at is Subway wouldn't recommend it to my dog.

This subway is close to home for me and doesn't seem to ever get too busy. Clean store with public washrooms and lots of parking available. Staff has always been friendly and professional when I have been here. Subs made well and quickly. Only complaint I have is that the last two times I've scanned my app and been told to redeem the points online, which is not possible. However this does not affect the quality of the food.

The service was kinda good but I was disappointed with the quality of my bread. I got the last 6 inch flat bread in the bag which must have been left open as it was pretty flaky and dry. Also I felt rushed as the sandwich artist closed my sub and wrapped it before asking my sauce. Veggies were messy as well and not stacked neatly on top of eachother. Veggies were falling out the sub and crammed partly into the hinge.

Amazing service by this girl named Amarjeet ( i asked her name when I was leaving), I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki sandwich. It was made in a perfect manner and right portion. Great customer service, there were couple other customers in the line after me. She was alone by herself. I appreciate how she kept serving everyone with a beautiful smile on her face:)) I would definitely go back there!

Service was terrible the girls were very unfriendly ... the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting... while we were deciding on what toppings to put on we were thrown off by how disgusting all the food looked, the lettuce and spinach were so wilted they were black ... 100% will never go back or recommend to anyone

Paid for three kids meals, and all drinks and apple sauce were missing. We went back in to get them and they made us pay extra for it. Makes no sense. Will never visit this location again. False advertising - kid meal with small sandwich , drink and apple sauce for $4.99 but only would give us the small sandwich (4inch)

Just got black forest ham for my son. Second bite he pulled a long hair out of his mouth. He was almost in tears cuz he was so hungry and excited. And the sandwich itself was so sloppy. Horrible experience. Spent $9.44. Will never go back to this location. Staff are terrible and not professional and borderline rude. Thet were making fun of a Skip Driver too.

So my husband went here to get us lunch, they made the food and then when he went to pay they refused to honor the coupon (see picture) as it expired 3 days ago and he didn't realize it. He only went there because of the coupon and they choose to throw the perfectly edible food out instead. Shameful waste of food.

Good place. Only 4 tables I think. Very clean and well maintained. Near Co-Op grocery mart and H&R Block. Also near Tim Hortons, Co Op gas station and car wash. Nothing out of the ordinary but it's clean. Their washroom requires a key access and from previous experience it's very clean as well.

I love this place especially after a long of work, the workers make it feel like home for you, it’s cozy and lovely to dine in there. I recommend this subway if you are in the area. Don’t forget to ask for extras as they don’t cheap out on you :)

i like subways but this one made me stop going to them. the working was so rushed and just put things tin and some of them i didn't even ask for. my friend split water and i was trying to help them clean it up they then call me names for using paper and trying to help. the worker are so rude

Two employees, both female and male, treated my significant other and I extremely rude in the process of making a simple sandwich. Of course this encouraged my husband to leave while I retrieve a poorly made salad. I hope the two employee’s improve their attitude within the future!

They don't listen very well when making your food. I asked for lots of pickles and they didn't give me any. The bread was over baked. The bread is over baled everytime I go, never going back. All I ever taste is lettuce, they put way to much on all the time.

do not go to this place if you have a service dog they kick you out as the store leave me no choice to report them and receive a $3,000 fine the owner not going to be happy with you or the place with be closed and eveyone will loose there job

The staff here are friendly and courteous. I always get a medium drink with a coffee cup lid ever since they started using paper straws and they always remember this without my needing to ask. Food has always been of excellent quality.

The door to get into this location is very handicap unfriendly! It's super heavy friends! I walked with my cane that day instead of my walker and could just barely get in. The server just stood there in the empty store and watched me

I used to go here often, as in 2 to 3 times a week. Then suddenly they added a tip option. They don't don't anything different or extra yet want more money? Maybe pay your staff a higher wage than expect your customers fill that gap.

I ordered my sub to be lightly toasted and the meat was put on the sub as well but wasn't cooked properly and was cold when I ate it. The restaurant wasn't busy at all to properly cook the meat before putting it on my sub.

Went in to buy a sub and wash my hands. Apparently washing your hands in a Covid-19 world is not allowed at Subway. I was actually told by the staff person that I was not allowed to use the washroom or wash my hands.

Really disappointed when I ordered my 6 inch sandwich and measured it to my boyfriends and it was missing an inch and a bit. The store wasn't busy so they weren't in a hurry, just didn't use proper measurements.

Service is subpar. Rush customers through, not listening to order. Not getting orders right. And apparently, three pieces of spinach is appropriate for a sandwich. Typical visit at this location.

Customer Service could be more interactive, be the staff do their jobs, but need to be more friendly and customer service orientated. Food is fresh, I would recommend the food if nothing else.

Owner must have told the staff to be cheap with the meat. Been coming here for years and all of a sudden the same staff are putting on half the meat they used too ( steak or chicken ).

First thing they did was lie about the breakfast muffin being discontinued, then when I went to leave they changed their mind and sold me the muffin. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Rude, sound very annoyed to be working here and they were all out of most of their bread at 2:30 in the afternoon. Every table was super dirty as well.

Go here quite often from the office. Never had a bad experience. Foods of course franchise fast food but still find it all pretty fresh most times.

One of only a couple Subways in the area and I would choose this one if I were you! Much better quality than the location near Thorncliffe!
