Availability of change does seem to be an ongoing issue. Often, I will be seeking change for laundry or bus fare, and they will claim they don't have enough change, even when I'm purchasing an item from them. For example, today I gave the clerk a $20 and was due $13 and change. I asked for a $5 and loose change instead of a $10, but the clerk said they did not have enough change for that. So after receiving my $10 and change, I bought another chocolate bar... and what do you know?! They had more change all of a sudden! It just seems bizarre to refuse customers change; it's not like banks charge you to get rolls of money for your store's bills. Clearly this business would rather I take my $20 somewhere else that does have enough change. I gave two stars only because of this store's convenient location and reasonable hours. However, they have lost my business because of lacking customer service or strange till policies.

Sadly Im disappointed in this store. Over the years it used to be a good location but now the place is dirty, shelves with less items and bad practices by the cashiers. Tbh I blame management more than the cashiers for their practices and its clear now that this is never going to change. I maybe moving out of the area later this year which is good as I plan to never come to this store and honestly dont recommend anyone coming to this store unless its an emergency.

Cashiers like to overcharge. They forget to enter items at the 2 for x price. They charge more than listed on the products. They charge the same for king size and non king size smokes. Also will not take responsibility for problems caused by their equipment. Charged me $120 for cigarettes they wouldn't give me because despite proof of my money going out of my bank they said they never got it. Had to get my bank involved.

Inconvenient store. Never anything you need. Shelves empty. Fridges empty. Used to be a great spot back in the day with the old owners but it’s horrible now- customer service is awful. Slushie and Ice cream machine now sold through the pizza place which is inconvenient because the pizza place closes at random times. Things seem to be going downhill there. Won’t be going back.

Terrible store sold me pop that was expired a month ago. Went back the next to exchange it told me no. Then when I left the expired bottle of pop there he told me he was going to call 911 and report that a customer with covid left a bottle of pop there. Great customer service skills. Just lost all my business, congrats!!!!!

They turned me away because they didn't have change when I tried to pay a $5 bill for a bottle of water. This was around 9:30, an hour and a half after the store opens. I've never encountered this problem anywhere else. Went to Farhat's next door instead.

Home of the two dollar pizza slices. Pizza is very good he's not shy on toppings. There poutine is very good to fries a pretty good but the cheese curds and the gravy is delicious. I always get 2 slices and a drink 5 dollars including tax.

They kicked my friend out when he was waiting for me to get off the bus. I'm in there every week but if my friend is treated like that than I wont be back. Prices are pretty high as well. However the majority of the staff Is extremely nice

Over priced items, and falsely advertised items on display. They do not have soft serve ice-cream, despite the multiple posters that claim they do. They also will not take down these advertising either.

Great store overall with amazing pizza, however their pizza hours are very unexpected and don't seem to follow a schedule which had me returning empty handed on multiple occasions.

Really comfortable place. There's a small food convenience as well I highly recommend their poutine that's Halal as well!

When you out of light groceries, or want some snacks and soda or water this is a place open tell late hours

They don't update there hours online, minus an hour from closing time, and add an hour to the opening hour.

Great pizza, never burnt and generous with toppings for much of what they offer even poutine.

They never have change when you pay cash and they charge you to pay with debit..
