They are open to midnight in the drive through, also have great staff with a great attitude. They are starting to revamp the hotel. I have found by others as well as that other patrons I found the rooms that are updated very well received They are also working other rooms being started to be renewed inside with new rooms and you decor & the staff are in generally very happy and very polite and also very. I've heard that the meals are quite good I haven't actually in there myself personally but with the changes I expect that they have been well received from the people that I've spoken with. they also have a courtesy bus the jelly runs from around 10 a.m. all the way through to about 10 or 11 p.m. at night depending on the day and the amount of people but they will pick you up and take you home which is a lovely service and I've used a number of different times.

My experience with the bottle shop has been overall negative. The staff are rude more often than not especially as it gets to closing time. The only reason I keep going back is because they are open till midnight. Edit - Things have improved significantly I guess. The staff serve you with a smile now. Good job Changed my review to 5 starts from 3.

New management dont seem to have a clue. Many items unpriced or not in system, so the staff then can't sell. The new organisation isn't the best. Hardly any spirits on special. Lots of items empty leaving staff with no idea when items will be in store. I used to go to this bottle o regularly form any years. After today, rather go to dan Murphy's.

After 7pm you are not allowed in the store to pick/choose and browse… you need to be outside waiting in the queue for the counter sales guy to get your bottle.., so you probably miss out on special offers and stuff… and make sure you know what u getting or else you be scratching your head…and the security guard at the counter, very rude…

Very rude service and back chat this afternoon from the woman running the drive through. She clearly has a hatred toward men and made it quite clear she wants to serve woman first. Clean out your staff who are clearly discriminatory, or loose business simple as that! You’ve lost mine!

Worst drive thru bottle shop experience ever. The female staff member whose name was k something was rude, innumerate and slobby! Absolutely disgusting to have as a staff member for this great venue! Would never recommend to take that service and have told others.

I'm only reviewing the drive-thru bottle shop. Anytime I've come via here the staff are miserable, no product knowledge and condesending. A smile and a thank you would make all the difference. Will avoid from now on.

Always good prices and great service with friendly staff. A bus for the locals so no drink driving which is great. Food is always yummy and good price.

Disappointing at so many staff changes when you get used to a couple of happy helpful faces and then they go and prices more expensive.

New owner put the price of single beers up 50cents but decided to put vbs up $2. Never going here again disappointed.

Handy location, looks a little dated from the outside but the rooms were nice. Water pressure was terrible though.
