I discovered a stain on the blanket the previous day but had ignored it and while checking out they inspected the room, upon seeing the stain they blamed us for staining it and charged us ₹500. After a little discussion he charged ₹300. We should be the one who should be complaining about the poor cleanliness. Disappointed. What's even more suspicious is that why would they check the blanket thoroughly? Scam much? We had even asked for plates to the rooms but they never got back

Very bad experience from the staff. They are trying to pull some scam. Please ensure that you check everything in the rooms before taking it. They intentionally put damaged stuff in the room and ask us to pay for it
